I brought my mum in for an eye exam and their the best. I’m very happy with the service my mum and I got!!! I got some Tiffany’s sunglasses for myself and was absolutely in love with their service and their patience!!!! Andrea is such an amazing person love it here! I recently visited Dr. Tu for an eye exam and I was extremely impressed with his expertise and professionalism. He was thorough in his examination and took the time to answer all of my questions. Not only did he explain what he was doing during the exam, but he also provided valuable advice on how I can take better care of my eyes. The entire staff at the clinic was welcoming and friendly, and I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Tu for anyone in need of quality eye care.

𝐈𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐚𝐭 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐤 !!! I told my family doctor about my eye discomfort, and I was recommended to come to this newly opened clinic. However, this doctor is irresponsible. Though he is a specialist, he concluded that I had glaucoma based on the unreliable results reported by the machine that I did by myself, and even suggested me do laser surgery directly in his clinic. I was shocked and scared, and I would have to continue seeing other doctors for help in the next two months. A Columbia U glaucoma specialist and an eye clinic that has been in Flushing for more than 20 years said that I had no signs of glaucoma. I went to this doctor to talk about this thing but he is arguing that others are not specialized in this area. It is very funny that people who claim to be specialists can conclude that someone has glaucoma just based on a test they did? This doctor, please do some more research in your research area! And also! The front desk is also very irresponsible. I used student insurance. I confirmed my 30 dollars copay with the insurance company before the inspection. I received a bill of nearly 200 dollars in about two months. Why is it not determined in advance whether it is in-network or out-of-network? Then my student insurance would be useless. I only charged 30 copays at other clinics! ! And they can only pay in cash! ! If you want to be diagnosed with glaucoma and overcharged, go for it!!!!!！

The office is very nice, quiet and clean. The staffs are very courteous and helpful. Dr. Tu is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He uses many state of the art equipment that I’ve not seen in other ophthalmologist office. Overall, highly recommended!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Singh! I referred my Mom, Zainab, and was very disappointed with how rude Dr. Harry Kosner was to her. My Mom asked him politely if he could forward a copy of her report to her PCP, and his response was if she thought this was McDonald's. He said he provided many tests, but it was not a favor. You are getting paid through the insurance for your service. It is very RUDE and unprofessional for a Doctor to behave in such a manner. My Mom feels he discriminated against her.

This facility is disappointing at best. If you call you are routed and rerouted multiple times or placed on hold for hours at times. The physician that treated my mother was rude, insensitive and unprofessional. Please select another eye doctor.

This seems like a dead business. When I call their number, it says call could not go through. Happening for many days now. I booked appointment online and did not get any confirmation email or text. Few days later I get voicemail to confirm appointment and it says different time. Are these guys fraud or just mismanaged?

I highly recommend this establishment. Appointments are quick and hassle free. I was able to get a same-day appointment for my kids. The staff is welcoming and the facility is very clean. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the doctor. Dr. Nayzov was attentive and kind. He explained everything to me thoroughly. I will definitely be back!

The Entire Team Is Amazing Very Patient & Easy Going. Amazing office great equipment to top off everything.The Doctor is very calm and collective explains everything with details images and much clarity will be making this my primary eye care 100% without hesitation! Kristina is an excellent doctor who cares about her patients and provides quality service and careful attention to detail. The facility is state of the art and has incredible and supportive staff. I highly recommend you visit this clinic for all your eye care needs.

This is Golam Sikder. Where does rece came on my rating? You guys sent me a $50 for missing an appointment, that is racism. Can you send a bill like this to any white or black people? No, you sent it to me as because I am brown. Shame on you. I am not going to give you a single penny. I am going to sue you in the court of law for this bill.
