Dr Wu and Dr Alex are great. Highly professional and considerate. They take the time to explain everything and his staff made filing with insurance a breeze. I only needed an exam (and new glasses) but I wouldn't hesitate to return to these great doctors for any of my eye-related needs. Thank you Wu Eye care!!

My trip to see Dr. Alex at Wu Eye Care could not have gone smoother. The trip was quick and painless. Dr. Alex's pleasant disposition and good sense of humor put me at ease while getting my exam done and the office is very clean and comfortable. He is very knowledgable and someone I would recommend seeing for any of your eye care needs.

Wu Eye Care doctors and staff are all very professional, friendly and dedicated. My siblings and I all go there for our eye care. Recently I received lasik surgery operated by Dr. Alexander. It was a very smooth process from the consultation to operation, the whole surgery and details were throughly explained to me. The staff helped schedule my surgery at the lasik eye center in Astoria and prepared all the paperwork necessary. All I had to do was get a good nights rest and show up to the appointment. The painless lasik operation with Dr. Alex was very quick probably around 20 mins! After a good day's rest and a followup next day check up, my eyes were already in 20/20 condition! I highly recommend Wu Eye Care for any eye related issues!

Eye Q Optical is a hidden gem in Forest Hills Queens! Although small in size it lacks for nothing. My eye exam with Dr. Katherine Gut was one of the most comprehensive, detailed, and complete ever. She is easy to speak with, informative, and very professional. When it came to choosing frames there is no frame stylist specialist better than Tina. The huge variety and selection of frames she showed me seemed endless. There was every price range and plenty of designer frames as well. Tina presented me with multiple choices and nailed my preferences within minutes. She is very patient, kind, and warm in every way. I have purchased multiple prescription eye and sunglasses from this store. Each prescription was perfectly filled by Robert who expertly crafted and coated the lenses I needed and fitted them to the eyeglass frames. In closing my experience at Eye Q was simply wonderful in every way! Just a great staff , great service, and a great store!

I had a great experience here! Every single employee was polite and friendly, the doctor was great and took my concerns seriously. They even special ordered a pair of glasses that I found online that I requested. When there was a delay in shipment they were very communicative and I knew exactly what to expect. It was great, I’m happy with my glasses, and I’d definitely come back and recommend to others!!

I have been coming to this clinic for almost 7 years. I don’t think I can find a better eye clinic in NYC than Eye Q Optical. This clinic has the best staff. They are very friendly, cheerful, understanding and helpful. I love how they patiently listen to your concerns about your eyes and glasses, they help you figure out which frames looks good on you especially how they hold onto your nose and which type of lenses better fit your frames depending on how high your grades are. They also have sale everyday which is really convenient. The doctor who works there is very understanding. She listens to you and explains very well and patiently regarding any questions you may have. The glasses and contacts come back real quick too, only takes about a week for their lab to work on. It’s a great feeling when the people who work with you are this amazing. It makes you not be afraid to ask questions or pick the right frames for you, as I used to have these problems with other clinics. They also recently have new owners who comes in the clinic and are also really friendly and helpful. I love the new modifications they’be done to the office, the vibe is exquisite and aesthetically pleasing. Definitely the best eye clinic I’ve ever been. Thank you to all the amazing staff. I just had the best experience and education about my dry eyes from the doctor at family Eye Center. I strongly recommend if you are having issues with your eyes and you have not been educated on how to do preventative care. This is a place for you to come.! Already own my 2nd pair from Family Eye Center. Great customer service. The Doctors are very attentive and answer every question. Many choices as well for nice frames. I like the round ones. Offer options like blue light, crystal clear and anti-glare lenses, all which I got for my new frames.

Today is my third time coming to family eye center. Even though they had a tight schedule, I had an emergency and Gabriel, Stan, and Bella squeezed me in without any issues. I even had an insurance problem which won't be resolved until October and they still saw me without any hesitation. Doctor Alyeshmerni diagnosed my issue quickly, explained the diagnosis, and provided a treatment. Definitely recommend him if you need an ophthalmologist and recommend family eye center for any ocular needs

I brought my mum in for an eye exam and their the best. I’m very happy with the service my mum and I got!!! I got some Tiffany’s sunglasses for myself and was absolutely in love with their service and their patience!!!! Andrea is such an amazing person love it here!
