Exceptional service! Alison and Stanley helped me find prescription swimming goggles when every other store told me it wouldn't be possible because of my prescription strength, or quoted me some astronomical price. They took the time to listen to me and ensure I was getting what I needed. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They gave their recommendations but gave me the time and space to to make my own choice. I ended up getting my glasses from them too and once again I was blown away. My lens have never been so thin! They found a way and made it happen! Can't thank you enough Alison and Stanley! I will definetly be back.

Rems Opticians is the best place for your eye needs. Alison and Stanley are very welcoming and will make sure you get what you are looking for. They have great variety of glasses and frames. We went to buy glasses for my son with very little knowledge/experience and happy that we went to Rems. Staff explained us all the details and what to buy and what not to. We ended up buying 2 glasses (one backup) as my son liked two pairs. In all, I highly recommend Rems Opticians for any optical needs.

I have been going to Dr. Cheryl Silverman for a while, I absolutely love her! I am so appreciative of everything she has done to help me. She is a great doctor and a wonderful human. However, my issue lies with the one receptionist (starting with an M). I used to never have an issue making an appointment or anything before. She has been rude every time I have talked with her. She often makes me feel as if bothered her when making an appointment and told me they no longer took Care Credit (they do) just because she did not know how to do it. When I call she always asks if I am a new patient multiple times in one conversation. She continually called me as I was at work instead of leaving me a message, I ended up answering her, and was talked to very rudely. She got more annoyed when I said I was currently at work and had to call back later. I feel discouraged in making future appointments and no longer feel as comfortable going there. Every encounter with this girl has been negative and I feel as like changing offices due to this.

As an ophthalmologist, I was sent a child who complained of a day of bilateral vision loss, worse than 20/400 in each eye. I examined her and she had a normal eye exam; I could not diagnose any medical problems, and I was debating sending the child to the ER for a possible MRI. So I referred her to Dr Sheryl Silverman urgently after hours. Within 5 minutes of seeing the child, Dr Silverman was able to diagnose a non-organic visual loss, which she immediately fixed with a very mild power nearsighted/plano glasses. She has the rare combination of clinical skills and bedside manner, especially with children.

Excellent service very friendly and great selections to choose from with a wide variety of options to suit your optical needs. Doctor asked plenty of questions to get to know what I needed out of my glasses, also recommended the blue light protection lenses since I’m always sitting behind a computer to help protect my eyes. Loved every minute of the experience as well as the warm welcome from the receptionist Kimmy she is very helpful and helped me pick out the right frames for my face. They also work with an an array of insurances. Will definitely be visiting again during my yearly check-up.

My family has been going to Dr. Neveloff for years, and now my grandchildren go. Great service, staff, and a nice selection of frames. Dr. Neveloff is so professional and always gets it right!
