I recently visited this office for a routine eye exam after avoiding going to the doctor due to COVID safety concerns. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It was easy to make an appointment and there was minimal wait time within the office. The office was clean, sanitized and I felt completely comfortable during my office visit. There were chairs marked off to keep 6 feet apart. The doctor who saw me was very professional and thorough during the entire visit. Overall, I would highly recommend this doctors office.

Dr. Tchorbajian is exceptional and thorough with his exam. He made me feel at ease. The office is clean, and the staff friendly. Everyone is practicing social distancing. Careful control of the office. Hand sanitizers everywhere. I highly recommend.

Palisades eye Associates. There is always a really long wait time. I saw Dr Ganesh RAYU at the union location. On my first visit he spent the majority of the visit trying to set up the computer in the exam room. That was his biggest concern. Although time consuming, I was patient. My eye issue continued and got worse each day, I tried to nip it in the bud by calling And asking on how to treat it.,,. It’s six (6) days now and no response from Dr RAYU, even though I called each day as my eye got worse n worse. DO NOT-DO NOT use this Dr or its facilities if you want good eye care. I thought it was worth the long wait time….,,,sadly not. If he does FINALLY return my calls I will do an update….not holding my breath

Dr. Modi performed cataract surgery on me and I must say that he did an excellent job. He explained everything well from the per-operative process to the post-operative care and medicine regimen. A top-class professional! I highly recommend him!

I had a wonderful first experience with Dr. Parikh. He's very kind. Extremely personable. Seems to know and understand his craft very well. Wonderful visit!

I was seen as a new patient by Dr. Cuevas about a month ago and she was absolutely the best. Great personality, easy to speak with, I was at complete ease with her. Answered all my questions and was very patient. The office staff is awesome, you definitely walk out of the office feeling as if you've always gone to them. My glasses arrived within the week and I couldn't be happier. I'm looking forward to taking my son to his first eye check up.

Dr Cuevas is extremely knowledgeable about eye health/care and I feel assured whenever I have an appointment. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I have my entire family going to them. I recommend highly.

Great customer service and clean environment, prices are high but it’s worth it

I’ve been a patient/ customer here for more years than I can count ! Violet, Jeffrey and Dr. are a great team, and the other staff are always so helpful as well. This is a very busy office, and it is a well oiled machine, I myself being in medical field know what it takes to make an office run well . Their dynamic is something you don’t always see and I appreciate their kindness, down to fixing scratches on spot or replacing a cloth they gave me that I lost. They always have the most fashionable frames and sunglasses. All around quality. Trusted for years, and that is more than you can ask for, especially now… lots of wishes to all for continued success and fruitful business-
