My first time to this office and from the moment I walked in the staff was so attentive and welcoming. Just honestly so pleasing and personable. It only gets better because the doctor is so sweet and knowledgeable. She explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I knew all my options. All in all my first time here and I will be brining the entire family here from now on.

I have been Dr Arnold’s patient for over 10 years. I feel confident after every visit that all is well and my eye health is being closely guarded and monitored. Highly recommend the office and staff of Dr Dawn Arnold!

This was my first eye exam with Dr. Arnold and her team of professionals. From the moment I stepped into the offices to my way out it was clear that Dr. Arnold has assembled a team that pitcher patient's health first. In addition, she has all the latest technology for assessing the health of my eyes. Dr. Arnold then pointed out areas of concern and provided a detailed plan for follow up care. I'm always thankful to have access to such great care.

Great doctor! I called because I got debris in my eye and it was stuck under my eyelid and I couldn’t get it out. It was scratching my eyeball and I could not open my eye for anything without it causing pain. She took me in right away within an hour of me calling and took it out and helped me heal it. Highly recommend her. Her and the staff were very sweet.

Excellent Service and Staff , Ramona and Dr Patel were kind and very informative, they took great care of me and answered all of my questions . Front desk was efficient and kind and very profesional .

Didn't wait after arriving for my appointment. Doctor was thorough and knowledgeable. Great experience so far.

So… I went yesterday to see Dr. Cucci because I wasn’t seeing as crisp as I should be. I received a warm welcome from the staff. Kathy was very professional and knowledgeable as she did the pre-diagnostic tests! Then, Dr. Cucci gave me her utmost attention! She adjusted my vision with a new prescription and answered EVERY SINGLE QUESTION I asked! This is the first time I’ve been treated with patience and kindness. Other practices just pass you over to different people and there’s no time to truly address your concerns. I’m staying here!!

My mom had a procedure done today and we where so worried about it, we'll I have to say it was not as bad as we thought and the staff was amazing and caring and Dr. Cucci is an awesome amazing doctor. She explained everything to us and was very patient with my mom, I would recommend Hackensack Eye Center to anyone in need.

Routine exam. No problems. Dr. Cucci did my cataracts several years ago and everything went very well.

It’s always a pleasure to visit the office. Dr.Conroy is very welcoming, with great knowledge and lots of patience. I have to say that I was very pleased to see the COVID protocols in place, the staff was also very attentive. The person helping with the glasses was very helpful (I didn’t get his name, but he’s great with communicating all the benefits for our plan). Definitely recommending this place.

Dr Conroy is terrific. He is a wonderful eye doctor and very personable. He takes the time needed to give you a complete & thorough exam, he never rushes & never over books appointments. I recommended him to my 2 grown children & my husband & Dr Conroy is now their doctor too.
