Probably the most grumpiest/irritated doctor I have seen in my life. Went to him last year and it was no different than our most recent visit. My husband ended up booking an appointment for his eye exam 2 weeks before his next annual visit was eligible. We only found out about this once the doctor said we should have known when our last visit was and that we wasted his 30 mins slot time. What is the point of keeping our information in their database if they can't keep track of our last visit instead of us trying to remember something from a year ago. Hey, atleast he probably got another 30 mins to enjoy his lunch.

Well, visiting San Diego, the lens popped out of my sunglasses. Not only did the friendly staff fix my lens, but also gave my glasses a great adjustment.

I love coming to Sacramento Contact Lenses for my annual check up. Everyone is so nice! And they are super professional.

After looking at different places I chose to have my Lasik procedure at Hale Vision. I am extremely happy with the results. I went from 20/100 vision to better than 20/20. Dr. Hale is extremely passionate about his work and does an excellent job explaining the procedure. The staff members are knowledgeable and very friendly. I am also pleased with how clean and well kept the office is. I highly recommend this place!

I'd like to address the first 2 negative comments which were clearly written by people who either don't understand grammar or comprehend the English language. As for Jim, I have been a customer of Dr. Steinmetz since the late 80's and have never had a problem reaching anyone in the office. Granted during lunch you may go to the general mailbox but the staff there are nothing less than courteous and helpful. I've had a long standing history with Dr. Steinmetz and have been by seen him as well as Dr. Walz find them to be very qualified doctors using state of the art equipment and surrounding themselves with a top notch staff. You can tell they are a great team because if you are a real customer you'll notice that there are almost always the same faces sitting behind their counter.

Definitely our new eye care spot for our family. Very genuine and caring people. My son recently got his vision checked, and Mak was phenomenal. He made my son feel very comfortable. Excellent prices and great selection of frames. My son loves the new frames that he chose. Highly recommend!
