Good for glasses only. Misdiagnosed as possible having glaucoma. Follow up with an MD ophthalmologist indicated that was totally baseless. Thanks for the scare.

I found from the receptionist to the technicians to the Dr of opthamaloghy to be very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt instantly comfortable andI was given clear diagnosis and plans moving forward. I would highly recommend Schermer Eye Associates for high quality, state of the art eye care. They are very nice, professional and know their stuff!!

I scheduled an appointment and they called to confirm my appointment. I get there at the agreed appointment time and I see 2 people waiting. Then they start calling people back and as I’m sitting there waiting, nobody addresses the wait time. Now it’s 15 minutes later and I still haven’t been seen or called back. I tell them that I scheduled this appointment around my work schedule. The “manager” Jessica offers to reschedule me. I told them that I would’ve appreciated if they valued my time. I decided to leave and call back instead of cause a scene. I speaking to Jessica and in the multitude of unprofessional comments as well as talking over me, she tells me that you’ll always have to wait and she doesn’t understand why I’m so upset…. You didn’t even wait that long. I won’t be returning to Pearl Vision for this reason alone. Just as they called to confirm my appointment, they could’ve notified me that they were running behind. There was no sense of urgency or value for my waisted time. Horrible customer service by their so called manager.

Why do we drive as far as we do to see Dr. Adams and his entire staff? From the very moment we walk through the door, it’s like visiting family! They smile a lot, they care, they are patient , understanding, helpful, honest, they take eye care seriously, they explain and teach. If there is an issue you can bet it will be taken care of with kindness and an outward desire to make whatever it is right. I had a bit of a hard time adjusting to progressive lens, they were dedicated to helping me through that time, and they did, they were with me 100%. Just try walking through that front door and see if you don’t feel it, it’s instant and it’s real and it doesn’t get any better anywhere!! Thank you Dr. Adams, and the entire staff, you guys are the best of the very best and that’s why we make that drive!!
