Quick, easy and as always a friendly and welcoming experience . Everyone is easy to talk to and I didn’t feel awkward or scared to ask questions even . The seclusion was also really good I found myself struggling to pick just one pair of glasses . Overall a great experience and definitely coming back

Chris and the women with the great eyebrows were amazing and helpful in helping me select the right frames for my face. Chris sped up the exam process with his humor and welcoming customer service. If he’s not a manager, promote him, and if he is, give him a raise because he’s amazing at what he does. Also this location has great selection in designer frames and the doctors are great as well.

Got an eye exam here and glasses. They called me a week later to pick up my glasses. They came in fast and also great pricing. I recommend to get your glasses here.

The employees/Manager don't have respect for you. Also we can say what we want about the place because they gave us a bad customer service and bad attitude. I will never come back to this place to spend money to buy glasses and the manger was screaming in my face while we where talking just because i did't understand they did't have the patience to help me.

Brittney is a phenomenal, professional, informative employee I met by far. She answered every question I had & was very knowledgeable of all brands & everything optical. The location & atmosphere felt very welcoming the place was well organized, & Ms.Brittney acknowledged dozens of customers as they walked in & engaged in everyone’s needs. We have always been very pleased with our experiences with Dr. K we've been seeing him for over 10 yrs. We love his staff and never had any problems. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter with Dr. K, but as it turned out she did not see him. Last Friday the office was slammed with patients. We were NEVER informed of a delay nor that we were NOT going to see Dr. K. That was a bit disappointing since we have high regards and recommended his services to friends and family. We were called in and to our surprise it was NOT Dr. K. The other doctor was very nice, but a bit rushed. Just wondering now how to schedule an appointment with Dr K. if specifically asking for him doesn't work or you might have to wait hours to see him. Really disappointed, Good Luck y'all.

Dr. Katzaroff always makes sure the new prescription will not only correct my vision, but corrected to my comfort level by listening to my concerns and addressing issues. The staff here is always friendly and professional. They are busy so make sure you make an appointment and give yourself some extra time before you schedule things afterwards.

I don't want to age myself, but I've been coming to see Dr. John A Katzaroff for over 20 years. He's the nicest man and has been there with my throughout my optometry journey. I still remember being 12 years old and having the receptionist teach me how to put in my contacts for the first time. Anyways, now that story time is over, onto the review. You easily make an appointment in person or by calling the office. The contact exams are $109 and the glasses exam are $69. That is their amazing Costco membership price. Once given your glasses prescription, you can order glasses in the eyewear department or take your prescription and order elsewhere but I always get my glasses at Costco. They order them for you and come very fast. Today at my exam I learned I don't need contacts anymore since I had been wearing them originally for an eye condition I had called amblyopia. I was given a prescription for glasses just in case I want to get them in the future but I am going to try without them for now. I always looking forward to seeing Dr.Katzaroff. I went to Target in Northridge today to get new glasses as a last resort due to my preferred place stating it would be up to 15 business days to get new glasses completed. I probably ended up making the best decision of my life as I was helped by a very nice lady named Kathy (Cathy)? Even though I arrived close to closing time and she warned me of the time limit to place my order, she teased me (in a nice way) while I frantically picked out new frames and sunglasses. I'm a pretty indecisive person but she made it easy. She was kind, knowledgeable but most importantly she was extremely personable. It's really hard to find good customer service nowadays but Kathy made me me feel like I would like to know her outside of just buying glasses. I dragged my husband there of course for moral support and he was having a blast. I highly recommended going here. I'm excited to go back and pick up my glasses and have a quick chat! The visit was quick and convenient.

This was my first eye exam and I was very nervous but Dr Nguyen was very nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable. When the exam was done she explained in detail the condition of my eyes. And made sure I got the correct prescription. Gabrielle was the girl that helped me pick out my glasses. She was very sweet and patient with me. She made sure that the glasses I got not only fit/felt good but also looked great on me. Thank You Target Optical Team for the great experience.
