People who give great reviews here probably need glasses 😄 Seriously this place will rip you off. They give you 50% off till they find out you have insurance and then charge you full price. If you take back the glasses for scratches that happened when the lens falls out they'll put the lens back in but won't fix the scratches because you didn't buy the protection plan and it just became over 30 days since you picked them up.

Dr. Winston and his staff accommodated my appointment expeditiously through a busy office schedule on a Friday before the Thanksgiving holiday week. They took time to answer all my questions and I am well satisfied with their work.

Wonderful Doctor and staff. Personal, caring, and professional. I had not been since just before COVID but everyone still knew me and asked about my family. Dr. Winston was thorough and discussed new lenses that might be more effective for me. Everyone was aware of insurance coverage and made sure recommendations aligned with coverage as much as possible. I appreciate that there was no pressure to purchase glasses that were outside my coverage. I would recommend Dr. Winston 110 percent!

Went in there looking for Oakley frames and found the best fit for me, there’s many to choose from so you’re guaranteed to find the ones that fit you best! Employees there helped me to their best abilities and are super nice and helpful! Highly recommend going here then anywhere else.

I wanted to give a shout out about the great customer service I got at the Northridge store. Annie assisted me with my eyeglass selection helping me to find replacements for styles that I really liked and wanted to stick pretty close to. After that she helped me find my benefits which has actually change to another service provider. If I was made aware of that by my employer I didn't remember but Annie found my benefits. Then she went to work to optimize my benefits to minimize my cost for one pair of standard glasses and one pair of sunglasses. I couldn't be happier. Please make sure that Annie sees this and thank her again for her incredible customer service. John

I’m not sure of the name of guy who fixed my glasses but he was super friendly and made my experience great! The girl at the front desk was also very professional and very helpful when I came in. I will definitely come back and highly recommend anyone to come here!

The Doctor was very through and answered all my question. He explained everything with care and in a way that helped me understand what was going on. Over all, it was one of the best eye exam experiences that I have had.

It was really nice that Dr Richard Palacios took his time to thoroughly explained my eye examination procedure and answered my questions.

Quick, easy and as always a friendly and welcoming experience . Everyone is easy to talk to and I didn’t feel awkward or scared to ask questions even . The seclusion was also really good I found myself struggling to pick just one pair of glasses . Overall a great experience and definitely coming back
