Laly and Renaldo (spelling?)were amazingly patient and kind with great customer service skills! They went above and beyond ! Dear manager, it’s 2023 and the employees should not have to wear a mask over a simple nose piercing. Freedom of expression should be allowed and we would rather see her smile and simple diamond stud on her nose than a mask.:) you are one of the only stores that inhibit this kind of freedom of expression so please get with the times. I am not happy with these glasses and I feel tired in my eyes. They are less than a year old and their price is very expensive!

StudioEyes is great! I met Dr. Valenzuela yesterday and she was awesome! She took the time to do a thorough check of my eyes and discovered the reason for a problem that had been bothering me. She was so kind and generous and asked all the right questions and I wholeheartedly recommend her and StudioEyes. I've been going to the Burbank location for years and had to switch to Northridge for this appointment and I'm so glad I did so I could meet Dr. Valenzuela. She's the best!

Excellent experience with Dr. Yakota and the staff at LensCrafters. I was in and out in about one hour with exam and ordering. The store manager Ashley who helped me was awesome. I highly recommend this store and will recommend to my friends and family members.
