I went to Target in Northridge today to get new glasses as a last resort due to my preferred place stating it would be up to 15 business days to get new glasses completed. I probably ended up making the best decision of my life as I was helped by a very nice lady named Kathy (Cathy)? Even though I arrived close to closing time and she warned me of the time limit to place my order, she teased me (in a nice way) while I frantically picked out new frames and sunglasses. I'm a pretty indecisive person but she made it easy. She was kind, knowledgeable but most importantly she was extremely personable. It's really hard to find good customer service nowadays but Kathy made me me feel like I would like to know her outside of just buying glasses. I dragged my husband there of course for moral support and he was having a blast. I highly recommended going here. I'm excited to go back and pick up my glasses and have a quick chat! The visit was quick and convenient.

This was my first eye exam and I was very nervous but Dr Nguyen was very nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable. When the exam was done she explained in detail the condition of my eyes. And made sure I got the correct prescription. Gabrielle was the girl that helped me pick out my glasses. She was very sweet and patient with me. She made sure that the glasses I got not only fit/felt good but also looked great on me. Thank You Target Optical Team for the great experience.

Dr. Terzian and his team are truly amazing. Dr. Terzian has a big heart and gentle soul. He is blessing from God, we need doctors like Dr. Terzian. My family and I appreciate his care. I always recommend Dr. Terzian my friends.

I’ve been to the eye doctor multiple times, as I’m sure everyone who is reading this review has, Dr. Paknejad is the best optometrist I’ve ever been to. She was very informative and answered all my questions with professionalism. If I didn’t live out of state she would be my new doctor hands down.

Dr Mike Terzian has the epitome of knowledge in his field. The most experienced professional, who cares for his patients like family. The staff are very courteous and proficient in their roles. They attend to all your health needs.

I have been going to Dr. Chriqui and her crew for almost 15 years. I have been to other eye doctors in the past but never received as kind, thorough, precise treatment before. I really feel like I'm getting the best treatment and service around. My eyes feel better, my vision is the best ever and I'm given answers to my questions. I would go to them and give them the opportunity to show you the quality of their service. Also now there is an additional Dr. There who has the same quality and experience that Dr. Chriqui is looking for in the practice. I'm very happy to have found them 😊

Laly and Renaldo (spelling?)were amazingly patient and kind with great customer service skills! They went above and beyond ! Dear manager, it’s 2023 and the employees should not have to wear a mask over a simple nose piercing. Freedom of expression should be allowed and we would rather see her smile and simple diamond stud on her nose than a mask.:) you are one of the only stores that inhibit this kind of freedom of expression so please get with the times.
