Purchased pair of glasses one month ago came to pick up the order, but the lenses were defected , they said they'll send it back to lab to fix it , after another week came to pick up and waited in line for an hour the lenses were defected again! The Manager Richard was very rude with worse attitude said the lenses are look OK to him, he didn't even try to solve the issue. the worse customer service and worse quality , I will never waist my time and money again and I won't recommend this place if you need your vision

Very unprofessional. Very rude customer behavior. They shipped my order without even any consent and I had to come in person to take care of it. Please I advise to everyone is not to depend on the staff and please confirm with them about your order. I had to come after a month so they can figure my order out. The staff member to cover herself, she lied right in front to the other coworker. Come on man atleast hide before you lie. Will never come to this optical department.

I've bought many glasses over the years from Costco Optical in Northridge so I've worked with almost everyone at this location. Every member of this team is extremely helpful, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. There's usually a wait but it's never too long. When it's my turn to talk to someone, I never feel rushed. This level of customer service is what brings me back to the optical department in Northridge, not just the low prices.

I love this new office! So much so I had to write 2 reviews :). Dr. Chriqui and her staff are always so welcoming and do a great job in helping me pick out glasses yearly and understanding my style and budget while making their recommendations.

I've cycled through many optometrists and many pairs of prescription glasses since a teenager so when I got my first pair from Dr. Chriqui and it lasted 8 years!...that's proof of time tested...right? If time tested is not convincing enough, then the new office on Plummer St is full of new equipment, spacious, clean, minimalist designs and inviting. Although I've moved away (faarrr...away!), I'm willing to travel back to see a warm, experienced and trusted Dr. Chriqui, Dr. Vale, and their staff -- Amy and Summer. Spend a little more...they are your only eyes and it's worth it...because Dr. Chriqui will prescribed your prescription "accurately" on your first visit. Disclosure: I'm just a long time client and not being paid for this review.

According to the ADA act certified service animals are allowed in any business. Apparently this business does not follow that act. I was told that the doctor felt it was "unsafe" and refused to service us. This was after I made my appointment for 3pm and they changed it to hours earlier.

Mariah (manager) was very friendly and helpful. She advised us on the risk of the potential damage to the plastic frame when the glass lens is being replaced. The technician who did the job is very skillful and actually replaced it without any damage to the frame! We really appreciate the excellent service at this location.

My review is for the amazing customer service I received at Northridge Fashion Center LensCrafters location. Oddly enough, I actually didn’t have an eye exam nor did I purchase glasses there, but I will in the future. My eyeglasses got bent and one of the screws was loose. I walked in inquiring about buying a screw kit so that I could attempt to tighten it. The employee, Ali, behind the counter took a look at them and saw what my issue was. He asked me to take a seat and he let me know he would be right back. I waited a few minutes and he came back with my glasses. They had attempted to bend them back into place and they tightened the screws! They were as good as new. I asked what the charge was and he told me that there was no charge. I was honestly pretty shocked and was super appreciative of the efforts of Ali and the team. Thank you so much!
