My first experience with this optometrist office. I was glad they accepted new patients. Very professional and courteous right off the bat from my call in to visit. I was seen very quickly after check in. I felt very relaxed and comfortable in this office. Parking is a bit of a hassle but they offer validated parking. Everyone helped me with any questions and they assisted me with choosing the right glasses and lenses. Thank you everyone for your stellar customer service and assistance. I will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experience here at the LensCrafters at Macy’s! Hasija is so sweet and helpful, she set me up with an appointment the same day and was able to help me find the perfect glasses. I’m so glad I came in, I highly recommended stopping by. All of their team is so kind and very knowledgeable about what they do.

Got the best deal with Ron and Susan!!! Northridge mall, you can use your Macys card. I love the service, they were so sweet. I brought in my other 2 daily pairs and Ron is amazing with the repairs!! He fixed my rimless. So thankful I came in.

I needed single vision eyeglasses and the owner made it in 10 minute. I was very happy with the service and they did carry all the designer frames.

I love Hannah the owner, she is very nice and helpfull. I've been her customer for over 10 years. I recommended everyone to visit her store. The store also carry the name brand sunglasses a lot cheaper than department store.

This is the optical store where I get all my frames from. Best quality prescription lenses and frames and a really good variety of sunglasses styles. The store is owned by a nice family so I am happy to support the local family business!
