It was my first time going in for dilation. All the nurses and the doctor were great staff. The front desk workers were very polite. I had a very nice experience and I was treated very respectfully. Thank u too all the staff and doctor.

Terrible experience. Won't be going back here again. Ordered new lenses no frames (opted to use my old frames), after waiting three weeks and not receiving them, I call to find out what is going on. They tell me they are out of stock and waiting on a back order of frames. Doesn't make much sense to me since I didnt order new frames. Still don't have my new lenses, typing this with sore eyes. UPDATE: Its now been SIX WEEKS and no glasses yet. Six weeks.....

Great doctor, very knowledgeable and would highly recommend him. However if you have state insurance and looking for glasses to be covered they don't have much options which seems to be the same with every eye glass place 😕 I didn't decide to have bad eyes just born with them and wearing glasses sucks for me Because you don't have peripheral vision with glasses which really messes with me🤦🏻‍♀️wish we had better options to make me feel comfortable and confident wearing glasses guess I'll stick to my contacts.

Recently had my eyes examined by Dr. Bashir Tarraf who was very pleasant and informative. After my examination the manager, Jessica, was very accommodating and helpful in assisting me with picking out my new frames. Looking forward to receiving them. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Lesnick Optical when I went in for new glasses. Dr. Schenker was very knowledgeable and really took his time explaining the results from my eye exam. The entire Lesnick Optical staff were very pleasant, knowlegeable, and a pleasure to deal with. A+ experience. I Will be back and will refer all my family and friends.

This place is truly incredible. Dr. Scheinker is very fast and efficient and will ensure your vision is to your liking and you’re able to see perfect before you ever leave the exam room. Ronnie is the biggest factor in a five star experience here. This man went above and beyond for me to get me the exact sunglasses and eyeglasses I wanted and made sure I was satisfied in every way possible. He truly makes you feel like you’ve been best friends for years. Such a great guy! He will make sure the glasses fit your face and. Is a style you truly love. All in all a great experience! Definitely glad I made the call and set up my appointment here! Will be a forever returning customer!!!

The office staff and Dr. Phillips were fantastic! The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Phillips was kind and had great bedside manners. I felt confident in my eye care given here, and the eye wear selection was great! Very nice displays. The whole office was clean, organized, and nicely decorated for fall. I highly recommend this optometrist eye care center. It is far better than these larger locations that are not thorough in their eye exam. I had a problem with my eye and they fit me in within 1 hours for emergency normal check up exam. It was my very first visit to this office to see this doctor. I give them a five-star rating.
