Dana at the Oak Park locaton was excellent. She was very personable and helpful in assisting me with choosing my glasses. I'm usually left on my own to pick from the wide selection, which can become overwhelming and time-consuming. Thank you, Dana!!

I was impressed by the polite staff and excellent doctor. I was unhappy with the long wait for service. The staff needs much more help. The poor receptionist was answering phones non stop and helping the customers in between as best she could but she needed an extra hand. She never lost her cool! You are fortunate to have good staff. Take care of them and hire additional help!

Dr Capone I really appreciate you as my Retina Specialist and I wish my other physicians were as compassionate as you are. You're very special and I can never thank you enough for all you have done for me.

Dr. Capone is very personable and thorough. He put my mind at ease after our discussion on the procedures possibly needed should I require macular surgery. I am currently on steroid eye drops for a month to see if my condition will improve and hopefully I won't require surgery. Thank you, Dr. Capone, for taking the time to explain my options.

I enjoyed my experience greatly. Alex who helped me pick my glasses was super. She was extremely helpful made me feel that what I needed was very important to her. She took the time to help me find the right glasses and everything. I would recommend to anyone to go to the store on woodward and if possible have Alex help.
