We love this place! We have been coming here for several years now. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when deciding on eyeglasses. There is no sales pressure either. The doctor is wonderful, listens well to your concerns, and easily communicates options for your needs. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

Went in for glasses & had my eyes checked. The Dr. Was wonderful! She found a problem and went out of her way to get me an appointment with Visionaire on Monday morning as we were only in Castlerock for the weekend. Scheduled a CT scan as well. We got glasses, appts and more and stayed on schedule! Cannot say enough good things about Castlerock Eyewear & how accommodating everyone is.

I really like Dr. Rothman. He is very approachable and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed. The only issue is that it is difficult to get an appointment with him. He is extremely busy. I had the office cancel an appointment and could not get another one for 2 additional months, even though they were the ones cancelling. The staff is friendly and efficient.

This place is an absolute joke of an office. After having arrived early for my appt, I wound up waiting one and a half hours and still wasn't called to see the ophthalmologist, so I told the receptionist I needed to cancel as I had other commitments and all she said was, "OK bye!" and the other females around her just laughed at me. Seriously? What kind of professional office does this? Disrespectful of patients time and then mocks them as if they don't care. Rarely have I ever been treated so rudely by any health care provider as this clinic. Do not patronize this business as they do not value your business. There are so many other better options out there and North Texas Eye Associates isn't one of them.

Excellent Doctor. Explained every step. It's the sharpest my vision has been in a long time. I've been wearing glasses for over 45 years, so I can appreciate a really great Optometrist when I see one! and it's been awhile.

I was told this provider does not accept VSP insurance. Will this change for 2023?

Had our whole family waiting three and a half hours for an 80 dollar pair of contacts that weren't even the right prescription. Didn't even show him how to put them in before rushing us out so they could close. We got there at at 3pm. They close at 6. Will NEVER come back.

Very friendly staff… Drs and staff will take the time needed to answer questions we have never been rushed in and out.. Definitely recommend

The visit was excellent. Dr. Hawks is thorough and professional. He has much experience and explains things in a way that is understandable. Great demeanor as well.

Thorough, friendly, and clearly demonstrates her knowledge in a manner such that anyone can understand. I highly recommend Dr. Vu.
