The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The paperwork at check in was well organized, and pre-filled with information from previous visits for items that seldom change. My appointment started on time. The technicians and doctor were friendly and efficient.

This was my first time here ,several days before this I went to urgent care cause I got something in the one eye and I wanted to see a specialist just because U C didn't really make me feel much better and it was time to start taking better care of my eyes. Any how everyone here was great and the setting is really relaxing . I felt completely satisfied I was in good hands and am going back soon for some needed specs...

I’ve been coming here for more than 4 years. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. The doctors I have seen have been knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. They ensure you understand what’s going on with your eyes and make you feel good when you’re doing the right things to stay healthy.

I have to say, my first experience with Rx was very poor. The glasses fell apart, and the reception tried to charge a 25% restocking fee for the defective frames. My spouse was double-charged, and I was overcharged. Just a nightmare. My better half got her bill corrected, and I got a credit. My glasses were replaced. Here we are several months later, and the replacement frames fell apart just like the first pair. Their leadership remembered me, apologized again, offered to replace the entire prescription free of charge, and verified that my partner was doing okay. The care and concern was beyond anything I expected. I received instant loaner frames so I could attend a wedding out of state, and now they're planning to take measurements to ensure the new frames will be the right fit. I'm still leaving four stars for the initial problems, because they were many. But as wheel turned full-around, they made it right at a time I really needed it.

We didn’t need an appointment to pick out our glasses. Parking is free and accessible. They have a large selection of frames. The girls there were friendly. Ashley is kind, patient, and helpful. Thank you Rx Optical for your service!

Dr. Lupovitch is very professional and very knowledgeable, yet still so nice and friendly. I trusted him with my eye care for many years before moving out of state. I don't know if I will ever be able to find another ophthalmologist like him. Thank you for your care
