Dr. Lupovitch is wonderful! He's been taking care of most of my family forever & did my lasik too. He's very friendly & thorough, a great local small practice.

Dr. Lupovitch is very professional and very knowledgeable, yet still so nice and friendly. I trusted him with my eye care for many years before moving out of state. I don't know if I will ever be able to find another ophthalmologist like him. Thank you for your care

I had a sharp burning pain in my eye, and they got me in to see the doctor squeezing me in to the schedule. I went back today to follow-up and again, they treated me like I had been a long term patient. I've found a new doctor that I trust with my eyes, and I'm very grateful to have found him!

I have been going to OSM for about 4-5 years. The staff if absolutely remarkable. They are extremely efficient. You couldn’t ask for a more helpful staff. They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

I was sent to OSM directly from the eye doctor's since there could have been a possible issue with my right eye. They called OSM from the office and had me go right over. I had no pain or issues with that eye but Dr. Khalaf was being cautious which is always a good thing. When I got there I filled out just 2 papers and they took me right back. I went from one room to the other with the assistants putting drops in my eyes and doing whatever else they had to do. It was fast and professional with barely no waiting! I was so appreciative of no long waits like most of the time I have to do in most doctor offices. Turns out Dr. Ellenberg found it was just something I had to keep an eye on (no pun intended) and return in 3 months to check again. Also said if I had certain symptoms to call ASAP. My husband was with me and we both appreciated how efficient the office was run. I have an appointment in January for a re-check so I'm hoping we have the same experience!

My eye exam with the Doctor and support staff was excellent. The cost of the glasses seems a bit high for me, but that is with partial insurance coverage. I will definitely return for future eye exams.

I switched to this eye doctor recently, but based on my experience there, I'll be switching back to my old doctor (who is further away) for future appointments. Long story short: I ordered contacts and was given an estimated date for pickup. I didn't hear from the office on the estimated pickup date, and when I called the next day to follow up, they let me know that the contacts had not arrived and would, in fact, be significantly delayed. I understand that production delays are not the fault of the office staff, but to not receive an update about this change in status was pretty surprising. When I asked what could be done in the interim (expecting that they would be prepared with backup lenses, or at least a plan to order close substitutes in the meantime), I was repeatedly told "I understand your frustration, but unfortunately there's nothing we can do." After calling back the next day and asking to speak with the contact specialist, they were able to put together a plan for me to have substitute contacts while we awaited the delivery of my full contact order. The contact specialist was very kind and started providing more regular updates, which I appreciated. Overall, though, the success of communication at this office seems to depend on who you're talking to - and I'm looking for an office that can be relied upon to be consistently communicative no matter which staff member you're working with.

I had an excellent experience at this optometrist's office. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly . The doctor went above and beyond to ensure that I received the right prescriptions, showing dedication and patience. I'm truly impressed with their commitment on my eye health and satisfaction.

I started coming to the Michigan Eyecare institute about two years ago for the care of my eyes, and I absolutely love them here. The staff is very friendly and caring. Their facility is clean, they have amazing Dr’s here. Their service and level of care is top notch! I highly recommend them for all of your eye care needs.

I called for an appointment and got voicemail. In the meantime, I was able to get into my own doctor's office. The nurse called me back and was kind enough to give me some additional advice, as well as a few extra things to help speed my healing! Truly kind and awesome of her.

I came here for a contact examination. Dr. Gordon was professional, knowledgeable, funny, and compassionate. She really knows her stuff. The staff member who assisted me at they end was the same way. This is my second year getting my eyes checked here, and it has been pleasant each time. This is my place now!
