The best eye specialist in North Texas! They far exceeded my expectations as great ophthalmologist and great office staff. I had cataracts removed from both eyes and new lenses inserted. The procedure was painless with quick recovery. Everyone treats you with the very best care. They explain everything, offer advice, and work towards improving your vision. Absolutely terrible service, I cannot describe to you how difficult it was getting my glasses from this place (I was never able to get them). At one point, I called them ( I called them all the time and they never answered) and it went straight to voicemail and then I called them on my work phone and they answered straight away... they literally blocked me. Overall the level of service was unprofessional and I would advise anyone who doesn't want to waste their time to go there.

The receptionist was very unprofessional and rude I would not recommend any one there

I arrived 1 hour before they close but was told that I needed to make an appointment. Two employees without any customers. Wasted trip. If you need an appointment, that would be good information to place on their web site.

Went here for this first time and am SO impressed by the thoroughness and knowledge of the doctor and her front desk person, Leigh! Some of the best service that I've gotten in a looooong time! Highly recommend!

It went very well. The doctor was personable & very knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease. I was asked if I had any questions or had any concerns. I was satisfied with the exam.

Dr. Camen is awesome! She is a wealth of knowledge, personable and professional. I was totally at ease during my eye exam. She worked with me on the fees for the exams she performed, and I will be changing my current insurance during open season. I'm actually looking forward to my next exam. Always fast on getting my prescription ready to go and always great prices. Highly recommend this place. I won’t go anywhere else.
