We just went for my 13 year old yesterday. We saw Dr Crowley . She was absolutely wonderful and we requested to reschedule next October with her.

Helpful staff who are knowledgeable and skilled. I appreciate the quiet atmosphere and how no one pushes me to get anything I’m not ready to purchase. I’ve had glasses since I was six months old and I’ve been coming whenever I need new glasses. I’m now 25 years old and they are just as great quality now as back then.

My family has bought numerous eyeglasses from this group. They have a good selection, high quality and reasonable prices (relatively).

Terrible scheduling. Scheduled a return visit to see what I thought was their optician to buy glasses but which turned out to be another full eye exam duplicating the first. Came back again and bought 3 pair of glasses. Back again to pick them up and waited in line 15 minutes before receptionist (who had been helping, very slowly, only one patient ahead of me) who told me I didn’t need to wait and could have gone directly to the optician. Why no sign? Optician had trouble finding all 3 pair and, after finally finding them, didn’t do the normal things opticians do when one picks up new glasses. Never again.

This place is convenient and the staff is very efficient. There's always parking available in the lot and seating in their waiting room. They've recently expanded into more space and have added even more choices for your eyewear shopping.

I visited the Lexington Eye Associates in Concord, MA, for a routine eye exam. Ignoring an extensively long duration of a visit, the experience of communicating with a doctor’s assistant and the doctor himself during my eye exam was satisfying. When I received a bill from them, I was surprised to see that my visit was processed by their billing department as a sick visit. When I called them I was told that the doctor who met with me discovered a new medical condition, so that was why they treated my visit as a sick one. I was speechless after I heard about it because the doctor did not say anything about finding any new conditions in my eyes. Some time after I spoke to the billing department, the doctor called me and said that the newly found condition was mild, and there was nothing to worry about. Well, mild or severe, it is a “sick” condition, and I should have been notified about it during the visit. Disappointing. My experience of ordering eyeglasses with their optical department left me somewhat frustrated as well. During the visit, everything was fairly satisfying. They took our vision insurance information, invoiced us, and we paid for our new glasses. Shortly after our visit, we received a call that they discovered that our insurance would not cover a certain part of our order this year, and we would have to wait for several months until our coverage would reset. Why didn’t they discover it during our visit when they worked on composing our invoice? Some lack of professional skills? It is a mystery. So, we canceled the affected order. I was also told that my new frame that I purchased from them would stop creaking after some time. After several months of using it, it is still creaking. Another disappointment.

Easily one of the best Eye Doctors around the area. Doctor genuinely cares for his patients. Been a patient for 5 years and counting. Appointments are easy to book well in advance. Doctor is patient, calm and never rushes the appointment.

Dr. Shriber's approach to an eye exam is thorough and professional. He listened closely to my concerns and tailored the exam to address them, which made me feel very well cared for. I highly recommend him.

I have been visiting Dr. Shriber for many years since I was a teenager and have always found him to be extremely professional and makes his patients feel very comfortable. His appointments are thorough and he always takes time to answer any and all questions! He is truly the kindest healthcare professional I have ever met.
