My husband and I were treated with the up most respect by this vision team. We did not feel like we were wasting their time. The Dr. Is very knowledgeable she explained everything to me and answered all my questions! Brady she was just awesome! Knew exactly what I was looking for! And Abbagale, she was knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. She even cracked little jokes to make me feel comfortable! She made me feel like family!!! I will return in a year!!!! Thank you so much for making this a comfortable situation for me and my husband!

Leaving this review in lieu of my 3 family members that have come in the last month All have said that Mister Jonathan is always the go to guy to help with the fine details of their prescriptions. Personally I have seen mister Jonathan go above and beyond for the patients and always tends to their needs. I have personally seen him being talked down to by a patient and he remained respectful and helpful even truly after it was far inappropriate for that patient to be speaking to him in that fashion. Thank you for hearing the truth rather than someone’s upset feelings I leave this message as a patient at this clinic.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Olivier! She greeted me with a smile and was so kind and patient. Dr. Olivier explained the entire process from start to finish and made sure I understand the proper way to care for my eyes. She even helped me pick out some cute glasses at the end. I am so glad I found such a good Doc to take care of me and my family ♥️

My husband and I both saw Dr. Anna Olivier as new patients. We were quite pleased with the staff, office environment and especially our new eye doctor, Dr. Olivier. She took her time with us during the exams and was very good at explaining any questions we had. Our eyeglass selection process was quick and painless. Get our new specs in about 2 weeks.

I had a something very painful stuck in my eye after using a blower. This is the place to go if you need anything eye care. I called last minute today on Tuesday August 15th. The power was out and they were unable to assist me. However it restored 10 minutes before close. About 20 minutes after I called first. They proceeded to call me back and tell me to head over. Once there I was greeted by a few great people who stayed late to wait on me. 2 minutes later the seriously painful thing in my eye was gone! A few seconds in the chair and it was located and removed without further pain. I cannot recommend them enough for staying late past close and genuinely caring about my issue at hand. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are awesome. Connie was not only helpful, but also courteous and informative. I learned a lot! Great experience.

Usually there is only one person working at front, the waiting time is too long to get service even to pick up orders.

Having a foreign body lodged in the inside of your eyelid continuously etching and re-etching your cornea and eyeball for 24 hours really puts "having a bad day" into perspective... although it sure puts everything else out of focus. I feel compelled to thank my eye doctor, Dr. Frankel, of Dr. Frankel Optometry in Lenexa KS for being the only one of 3 separate physicians who saw me for this issue to have the thoroughness to actually find and remove the offending particle from my eye. And if all that wasn't enough... he did all this on his day off. He voluntarily called me to follow up with me from my phone call to him during the previous evening, came into his office on his day off out of concern for me and invited me into an impromptu appointment. Thank you Dr. Frankel!

Staff friendly. Doctor takes his time with the patients. As others have said, if you're expecting super high tech and fancy- not your optometrist. I left my last optometrist because he tried to promote too many "extra tests" and his own eye wear. Dr. Frankel didn't push any unnecessary tests, and although he would like you to buy his eye wear, they aren't pushy about it.

My visit with Dr. Frankel was one of the best medical experiences I've ever had. I followed up with him on a prescription a week after the examination, and he took the time to reach out to the lab on his day off to check the status of my glasses. He didn't have to do that, and I was highly impressed.
