Went here to fill my prescription based on the good reviews. Now I see that most of the reviews are taken when ordering the glasses, not after picking them up. Lisa really pushes you to leave a review right away, has the tablet ready to go. Anyway, very frustrating experience. I have a strong prescription, so it does take a couple of days to get used to a new set of glasses. These were bad right away, the optical manager tried to convince me that they were fine. I didn't think that they were, but gave them the benefit of the doubt and left with them. I gave it a couple of weeks and they were still bad. I figured that they measured my pupil distance wrong or that the lenses were cut wrong. When I went back, Lisa's attitude was essentially to shrug. Said the lenses were right. I got a refund. Had my glasses made at another place and they are perfect, and $150 cheaper.

Loved the service! Elena Ramirez answered all my questions and helped me in every possible way to get exactly the type of glasses and shades I needed. Left a very happy customer!!

Love this place I came here 3x. For my two kids and my brother. Beatriz helped me these times she is sooooo niceeee! She has great customer services, she’s patient and very helpful! We spent time looking for my sons glasses until she helped me friend the right ones. Some beautiful Ray-Bans for a great deal!! I recommended more friends/family members here because of how friendly and fast things were. Thank you so much Beatriz and all employees

Dr Doyle goes above and beyond!

Dr. Le is very thorough and explains every part of the exam in detail. She’s very personable as well. Angel in the optical department was helpful and patient and provided many cost options and details about what my insurance will and will not cover. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.

Dr Stone is a great doctor. He spends time listening to all your concerns. Very rare these days. He is very thorough and extremely gifted. They were busy and running behind the day I went for my appointment. He apologized so many times. Again, very rare these days.

Dr. Theodore K. Lin MD save my eye sight and I'm very thankful and proud to all of you who worked as a great team. God bless you all with good health, mind and body.
