Doctor and staff were super helpful friendly and knowledgeable. They have an amazing selection of frames compared to the office I used to go to. I had a great experience.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t seem over worked like other health care places. The office was tolerant and pleasant about me being late because I got lost on the way to the hospital and in the building to find the office. Much appreciated. I liked Dr Shoemaker. She was thorough in listening to me and explaining things. She was very positive about my efforts with A1C goals. I liked that she spoke kindly about her staff support. I liked that the appointment was made quickly. Many times I’ve waited months. Also. I like that the office has women providers.

Dr. Biro is the best. I am so grateful he can speak Spanish because my mom only speaks Spanish and it was hard for me to translate medical terms. He was so nice and patient throughout the entire process and helped us answer any questions we had. I would recommend him and his team anyday!

I had my first visit with Dr Bittar this morning. It was the most thorough appointment I think I have ever had. Dr Bittar made me feel like a person and not like a number being rushed through. Thank you Dr Bittar and Yasmine.

Dr. Kessner and his staff were wonderful and extremely patient with my son as he tried to get his contacts in for the first time. They had no issue staying after hours while he finally struggled through it. Which ended up saving us another visit to get the prescription finalized - and we appreciated it very much.

Dr. Wallerich and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. Dr. Wallerich takes the time to listen, help, and educate in one visit. Highly recommend Dr. Wallerich and his team.

I scheduled an appointment for my 3 year with her on short notice due to a lazy eye and Dr. Karen McPherson was very thorough and amazing!! We are so appreciative

Horrible place, worst service I have ever had. Started with Lamar, did not listen, had multiple troubles measuring for progressive lenses. Screwed up the order, tried to explain and after multiple attempts had to speak with a manager. Brought frames back for replacement lenses, returned dirty and done poorly. 2nd pair has residue that will not come off and lenses appear to be scratched. This is a horrible store, don't waste your time or money with them.

Dr.Clements seemed nice and professional the Grady individual is not. False advertising. If you decide to try this office ask for all prices upfront. No authentic customer service. Be prepared. In response to the owner response below. You did not bill anything. I paid out of pocket with my debit card. The additional service I "requested" was the PD result. pupillary distance measurement. You charged additional for that only. Which was not communicated when I called nor mentioned as an additional fee. You all assumed that a customer would buy frames/ lenses from your selling department. Majority of optometry offices include that on a prescription in order for the individual to obtain eyeglasses regardless if they pay out of pocket or with their vision insurance. Your staff was rude period. Even your response is of ignorance to my initial review and violates my HIPPA rights so I highly suggest you alter it or maybe filing a complaint will help your business respect patient privacy rights. I do understand the healthcare consumers right for financial transparency and expect that as a healthcare consumer and worker myself.
