Everyone was so nice and welcoming, Dr. Harrison was kind and accommodating. They took me last minute for a minor eye injury as a new patient, I called about different 10 offices and this is the only office that was able to squeeze me in. Really happy I came across Harrison eye care

The staff is always so helpful and courteous. The Doctors are so likable and helpful. When I was looking for an optometrist a year ago, I got so many recommendations for this place. I'm so glad I did.

Dr Kent is a life changer at least he did mine. After Hollingshead left me seeing double in my left eye, after he practiced on my eyes, Dr Kent has me seeing perfectly. When I complained at Hollingshead about have two imagines in my left eye the Doc said “ we said you would see 20/25, but we didn’t say clearly”. Kind of sounded like a salesman to me, what do you think? Not only did Dr Kent improve my life he did it in a friendly professional manner. His staff is simply marvelous. It’s been four years now and I am thankful every day.

Dr Bilyk did not provide me with pathology report of my biopsy nor are they available on my portal which is negligent against HIPAA. Refused to listen to patient or offer help. Walked out of office when patient was crying and hyperventilating, never to return to to room again. He offered zero empathy, apathy or concern for what patient was expressing. Identified something as “malignant” on office visit notes in portal prior to biopsy specimen being submitted. It was benign. Medically gaslighted patient repeatedly not listening to their concerns. Malpractice will be filed. BEWARE. If you are looking for a doctor to listen to your concerns, guide you appropriately, show empathy, not medically gaslight you…. Find someone else. In the words of his staff…. Verbatim. “You know Dr Bilyk… he likes to just get patients in and out”

I cannot say enough good things about the great customer service I received with Heather! I lost my glasses and needed a new pair the same day. She helped me from start to finish, from selection to finished glasses (2 pairs) in less than two hours. Their whole team was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend asking for Heather!

Dr. Brantley works so hard to give me the best vision possible! The contacts he put me in are the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced.

This was the best and easiest experience getting an eye exam! The exam was quick and they checked for all eye health problems as well as getting my prescriptions. Ysenia was very kind and helped me in any way that she could. She even helped me price-match my contacts so that I could get the exact same deal on the website I had used previously. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quick and easy exam with kind and helpful staff!

Every time I call they hang up. Half the staff is friendly and the other make me feel like I'm bothering them. Very unprofessional of Costco and it makes me not want to visit that center for my glasses or contact needs
