I have never enjoyed an eye appointment more than I did here. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. The young man up front, Sebastian, is so warm and welcoming. His friendly conversation helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Borden was also just as warm and welcoming. I'll never wait this long to get new contacts again.

This place is horridly expensive. They charge 249 dollars for an eye exam, and most of the exam was performed by an assistant that was not even supervised by a doctor while performing the exam(closed door, alone with the assistant, doc never even looked over his work AT ALL, just wrote the prescription). They told me on the phone the exam could range from 80-140 dollars for just a glasses prescription. Sounded a bit pricey but they had appointments sooner than everywhere else so I figured why not. I was given just a glasses prescription, which is all I asked for. Upon leaving, the cashier informed me I owed more than 200 dollars for the less than 5 minutes I spent with the actual doctor. So I paid the 201ish dollars and a week later get another bill saying that now I owe 249 dollars........they did eventually deduct the 201 I had paid already, but where this additional 50 dollars they added onto my bill came from I have no idea and they just said they "made a mistake" on the original bill amount. Don't go here without insurance unless you are feeling like giving money away for no reason, or if you are rich enough you just don't care.

I am leaving this review for any future patients that wish to see this place. While it may seem that the staff is nice, once you disagree with the staff or especially the doctor they will start to push you aside. For example now I cannot make appointments, they ask that I call every day to see if a cancellation is available and then the doctor can see me. The reasoning because I have missed a few appointments. But this is all connected because I disagreed with the doctor on a prognosis which lead to him flagging me as a patient. If you want to avoid a situation like mine I would advise you find another doctor that actually listens to their patients instead informing and pushing them aside.

They were the BEST. Compared to my previous doctor, my experience with Georgia Eye Associates was far superior. They were on time, and extremely thorough. Everything was explained well and I am very satisfied. I'll be returning.

The office was nicely appointed, the staff very friendly and helpful! Dr. Ritchie was very competent and thorough, used up to date equipment to aid in diagnosing my eyes, answered all my questions and I felt extremely at ease. My husband and I were very happy with our first appointment, and thankful we chose Chillicothe Eye Care as our local optometrist!

Spot On!! Best eye exam I've ever had! Dr Collins is exceptional as is her staff. Thorough in the all aspects and I couldn't be more pleased to give them an excellent rating. Again, spot on!!

Been coming here for a few years. Dr.Nguyem & staff have been efficient, very kind, and extremely timely, they don't try to push their products on you,they just ask you to look around, maybe you see something you like, has designer rims,best service I've had ever at an optometrist He's a great eye doctor.

Dr. Huffmire is patient, knowledgeable and kind. This was my second yearly visit for an eye exam with him. He answered any questions I had and made the appropriate recommendations for eyeglasses and future care of my eyes. An excellent experience again.

Best experience at a doctor I've ever had in my life dr. Anderson is very caring and very thorough and I feel so very blessed to be in his care for the serious eye trauma I'm going through
