I have been going to this office for my eye care needs for years and have always had consistently phenomenal care!!!! I would never go anywhere else!!!! From the office staff to the technicians to the Optometrists, my experience was welcoming , knowledgeable, and professional!!! My exam was extremely thorough and all of my questions and concerns were handled in a patient and respectful manner. I trust Dr Nancy Alexander Christ and Dr Robert Christ with my eyes and the eye health of my family! I recently called them about a possible problem with my 5 month old grand daughter and they gave me great advice! They actually care about their patients and treat them like family! I love my new glasses and contact lenses!!!

Very trustworthy eye doctor. I always get the right prescription and advice. That's why I continue to go here for over a decade. DR. Robert Christ is very personable and thoughtful. I recommend him for the entire family.

It was an amazing experience. The people are wonderful. The facility is very well kept, staff is friendly, curious and professional. With the emotional stress that one sometimes carries when experiencing eye issues, the doctors and staff at the Geneva Eye Clinic make it easier to move forward with confidence that you’re getting the best help possible. Everyone was super kind and very helpful. Our 1 year old was seen for an eye injury and Dr. Brito was AMAZING. She still saw my daughter even though it was her day off because she told the ER doctor that she would see us. She was very supportive and answered all my questions. She never made me feel dumb for asking things even if I asked more then once and was beyond amazing with caring for my daughter. She simplified things so I could understand what she was saying but not in a way that made feel dumb. The front desk staff was so sweet to us. We had to come in everyday for 7 days and they always seemed genuinely concerned for my little girl. I would 100% recommend this clinic. They also helped me figure out a problem with our insurance. Very understanding, kind, helpful, and just all around amazing 💜

I recently went back to my eye doctor after briefly switching to a different one due to insurance reasons, and I'm so glad I did. Despite the financial and logistical hurdles, the care, expertise, and warmth I received at this practice were well worth it. The professionals here are truly exceptional at what they do. They're thorough, efficient, and respectful of your time, without sacrificing quality. They also have a great bedside manner and personalized approach, making you feel heard and valued as a patient. Overall, I highly recommend this eye doctor for anyone looking for top-notch eye care in a welcoming environment. Thank you for all you do!

Staff member Patrick (office manager) was extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctor misdiagnosed me, they're out of network, and I'm currently a college student so I asked to pay 75% of the bill instead of the full amount, or at least get some discount. Received a "No". That's alright, I'm not entitled to a discount or anything, so I asked what their policy is for collections - he said he doesn't have it on him. He's also not willing to look it up. I asked if I'd be sent to collections if I paid in a couple months, he said "Pay when you can, we won't send you to collections". That was great, I asked if I can get that emailed just so I have it in writing - he doesn't want to do that. He said "verbally is enough". I asked if I can record the conversation so that in case I show up in collections I'll have some grounds to stand on - "I'm not gonna do that" and instant hang up. Most unprofessional person I've ever spoken with; unwillingness to compromise on the price completely aside.

If I could give Dr Dziuba 0 stars I would. I went to her clinic with an eye infection. She looked at it and said it is just an allergy and didn.t prescribe any medicine. After 5 minutes of nonsense she charged me $129.00. I went to another doctor who prescribed me the right medicine and charged me only $50. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you don't like being mistreated and ripped off. She does not care she just want your money.

Dr. Dziuba is very informative in her exams. She explains procedures so that I can understand them. She has a great selection of frames. Patrick the office manager helped me pick out the frames that best suited my face. It is a nice clean office and everyone is very friendly. I felt very comfortable in their care. I also felt like I had very personal service not like at those chain stores.

Very professional! Our whole family enjoys the visit! Highly recommended!
