My entire family has been using Dr. Carr for many years and we always have superb service and recommend to him to everyone we know.

Fantastic office, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Carr is professional, caring but most of all Funny. I always look forward to my visit there.

Won't answer the phone. All I want to do is book an appointment, use our insurance to book four appointments and potentially overpay for six pairs or glasses and 12 months of contacts for two adults. Sorry you won't allow me to do that.

If your looking for excellent patient service in a clinic setting, Walmart vision center is the place. Excellent team. COVID protocol in effect. Team wearing scrubs. Very knowledgeable associates. Kind, Courteous,and Caring for all your eyesight needs.

Went in to the optical shop today to purchase a new pair of glasses for my son. Haven’t been in the optical shop since COVID hit, last pair of glasses purchased were almost exactly one year ago. I called before I went to make sure there wasn’t an appointment needed due to COVID. The person that answered the phone was very polite and explained the hours for purchase and dispensing so I knew when to go. When I arrived, the optical shop was roped off and there was only 1 other customer in the optical shop. Roslee was the one who tended to me and my son. She was great with explanations, and their COVID protocols are top notch. She wouldn’t let us even touch the frames on the wall, she picked them up and disinfected them before my son tried them on. They have signs on the tables letting everyone know if a station is cleaned and ready for the next customer. I work in healthcare and was quite impressed with the level of thoroughness. She and the other person working (Angela) were both very friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Thank you ladies!! Also, the new optical shop is very nice and sleek looking, much improved!

Saw Dr Jeffries last year for my eye exam and dry eyes. Her staff was well trained and professional. Dr Jeffries took time to fully examine my eyes not like a push them through practice. My prescription which included a distance and reading portion was perfect. Her staff was persistent with my insurance for approval on dry eye medication and she also treated an eye allergy for me. Love this office. Will be back soon for this years visit. They have a brand new state of the art office with brand new equipment.

Dr. Jeffries gives the best client/patient care. I have lived many different places, and she is the best! She is very thorough and complete in her examinations, and always professional. She follows up on any abnormality so it can be ruled in or out. I recommend her to be your eye care professional!

Initially I was okay with our service, we had a few ladies who were less than delightful, just sort of indifferent. Well, since our first visit we have been back twice more for contact learning class. These ladies are saints! Wow! They are sooo very patient. Today we had Joye and Alicia. So so so kind. I would highly recommend coming here to learn about contacts. They explain/help/encourage. I'm sure my daughter will get there...one day and it will be largely due to the kindness of the ladies who work here! Dr. Jeffries was great too. We have spent much more time in the contacts area!

Hi My name is Danika! On yesterday, December 5, 2023, I visited Visionworks located in Ashley Park (Newnan, GA) and needless to say my experience with them was phenomenal!! I was first greeted by Ms. Corey, whom took me thru the steps of my virtual eye exam! That was a first but it was great and better than expected! She was friendly and very pleasant and I told plenty of jokes that kept her laughing! She was a joy! I then met Ms. Torie! She helped me with doing the house on the hill eye check lol and she worked with that telehealth doctor to obtain my new eye prescriptions as well as my glasses! We talked a little as well during the process and she was awesome to talk to! After the exam I had to pick out some glasses and mannnn it was a hard choice because I never find three pairs of glasses I love lol! They were sooo bomb I had to ask Ms. Evelyn to vote! She had such a great smile and all of them had personality! That turned into all three of them voting which on which frames I would purchase in the order of their favorites to least favorite! Then there was Ms. Lolita!! She was super jazzy! She was rocking some frames that were once sun glasses and they were super dope! So literally from my arrival until two hours later at my departure, these four kind, vibrant and extremely energetic and pleasant women crossed my path and made my day! It is very rare I spend two hours at an eye appointment but I didn’t want to leave! The atmosphere was wonderful! Did I mention this was a vision place lol? … I just wanted to toot Visionworks' horn on hiring such an awesome squad of women in Newnan, Ga and to give these ladies a shoutout! I wish vibes were this good everywhere I go! Thanks again ladies! I sincerely appreciate you! It’s easy to tell people verbally how kind they were and how great they made you feel but it’s even better when they were so good you remembered all of their names and you came right home to immediately write a review of your experience!!! Which was very deserving!!!!

Dr.Braxton saw me in person. He is caring and wonderful! Lolita helped me choose glasses, etc. She is wonderful, too. The young lady who did my tests before seeing Dr. Braxton was great, too!
