Got me right in when I called for an appointment which I know is luck nowadays, but I'll take it. Great group working up front. Fatima, Q, and Tiffany all had great energy while walking me through all the different processes. They liven up the place and keep it running so smoothly. The older gentleman that did my exam was proficient and had a good sense of humor, I just can't remember his name. There were other staff members that were a joy as well, I just didn't catch names. Good selection of frames in the men's department and the the fitting process was easy. Overall great place to get your eye exam and spectacles, and have a friendly stress free time doing it.

I want to say the customer service was excellent. Front desk was nice and helpful. When I went to the back with Deryne he carefully explained everything and had me smiling and laughing. His energy was so welcoming. He really made me feel like I had made the best decision by choosing Americas Best!!!!!!

Wow! This has been such an amazing experience. Everyone here has such great energy, but shouts out to my girl Q. Her energy is unmatched. She really made me feel at home, and helped me pick out the best glasses they are so bomb. I would give this place a 10/10 great customer service. I had a pleasant experience, will be back!

Dr. Voyce and his staff consistently exceed my expectations with outstanding knowledge, positive communication and empathetic compassionate skills. All questions are answered directly and I never feel hurried. Best attribute, Dr. Voyce truly cares about his patients and their well being. Highly recommend Dr. Voyce for your next eye appointment!

Dr. Voyce and team are wonderful. The administrative and medical staff were all efficient and, especially important: personable! Dr. Voyce is especially knowledgeable, both technically and within his professional contacts. He recommended excellent retina and cataract specialists who restored my vision acuity to that of a 20-year-old! Now I am bringing family members to Dr. Voyce for their eye care. I cannot say enough about this great team!

Dr Voyce and staff took their time and were very thorough with my exam. He took time to explain things and listen to my concerns. With my new prescription I’m able to see better now. I highly recommend choosing Voyce Eye Clinic for your next eye exam.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Gardner, Debbie Aberchrombie, his office personnel, surgical center personnel and all who attended to my needs both before, during and after my cataract surgeries , to anyone requiring eye services and assistance of any kind, to make an appointment ASAP. I felt like Dr Gardner shrugged off my concerns and made a conclusion before even looking at my eye or hearing my complaints. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour - hearing him talk about private school and whether or not someone should be in triage (which sounded like he was speaking about me). The minute I got into the visit he told me that everything everyone else has told me is inaccurate and he didn’t believe that I had a staph/strep infection in my eye, even though I had culture results and other doctors who had diagnosed me. I trust his opinion as the expert, but his delivery and complete dismissal of my concerns and what I had been through in the last 2 weeks was very disappointing. He made me feel like I was wasting his time even though I was told that’s the only doctor I could see and that’s where they scheduled my appointment. The rest of my experience was great, except for the extremely long wait and meeting with him.

The staff and medical personnel are very friendly, professional and thorough. The check in and wait time was reasonable. Dr. Gardner is really personable and takes the time to address your concerns.

I absolutely love the staff here. They are so attentive and informative. Special S/O to Michael and Sandra for their excellent customer service skills! You guys rock!!!!
