I am very happy and very satisfied with my new optometrist...came in this Saturday without an appointment, filled out the form, picked out my new glasses, eye exam and was out within an hour. Staff were very friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about their profession and what their customers need. So much better than my old optometrist...recommend to anyone who looks for a great optometrist.

I can't say anything about the Optometrists there, but I walked in with a prescription and everyone was friendly and helpful. (Thanks Beth) Got my glasses in 5 days, and they're perfect. Even gave me a case and some lens cleaner. Tint was perfect, so were the bi-focals. Not too large or too small. I would recommend them. Good job Walmart vision, and thank you!

Avoid this optical shop. They are staffed with unqualified and inept technicians. Their errors cost me a great deal of money.

I would leave negative stars if I could. Worst optometrist ever. The communication is the worst. 1st experience was horrible. Second experience was horrible. I’ve been waiting on glasses for a business that’s closing, silly me to expect them to notify me of any changes of updates. Glad they’re shutting down, they give the dental office a bad representation continuously.

Although the wait times are sometimes long, Dr. Garg has been a great help to my elderly father and his vision needs.

Dr. George Lakkis is the best optometrist I've ever had. This was my first time being fitted for contacts and he made the process very easy for me. His technical knowledge his superb. What separates him are his people skills and his friendly personality in helping people. He recommended products where it fit my needs rather than recommending things that increased his bottom dollar. In my line of work in sales, this is top notch stuff. When I was being fitted with contacts and I was struggling at first, he cheerleaded and encouraged me but not in a demeaning or condescending way. He was very patient. It was an absolute gem working with him. In the future, I will continue to seek him out whether it's here at another location. He is the best and he is what makes the difference at this location.

Fantastic visit! After moving to Gardner I was past due for a good examination. Dr. Stoppel explained all the results of testing and recommendations for improving my eyesight. Staff was welcoming and sincerely invested in my health and needs.

I take my entire family to Wilmer Eye Institute at White Marsh for both routine vision care as well as urgent eye issues and have had nothing short of great experiences. My daughter is 11 and loves Dr. Dunlap. She sits still and allows her to do whatever is needed to get through the exam. My husband saw Dr. Brown for contact lens eval and was very pleased. The staff and doctors are extremely nice and I know we are well cared for by them all. Recommend to all of my family and friends!!

This place has really gone downhill in the last couple years. Don't go here if you are in a hurry for glasses or looking for a bargain. As an example I ordered a replacement set over 2 weeks ago AS A RUSH ORDER, and am told it will be another week. Other places can do it in 24 hours. In fact the last set I ordered had to be replaced 3 times because the lab they send them to to grind them got the prescription wrong. Irony is that one eye barely uses a correction at all, other than bifocals. Next set I will get from one day glasses or Costco, or something like that. Used to be 3 days to a week to get new glasses from these folks but now it is sit and wait. I'd give them 1 star now but I have been going to these folks for almost 20 years. I do hope they don't continue going down hill. I sat one day in the lobby 10 minutes waiting for help - while I watched at least 5 or 6 employees wander about or appear to surf the Internet. Really unhappy with how things are going here.
