I highly recommend Brecksville Opticians. The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable. They have the best selection of frames. We have tried several opticians in the area and they are by far the best. Thank you for the great service you provide to your customers!!

She is the best eye doctor ever! Gentle, patient, thorough and very smart!

Excellent patient care; friendly, attentive staff; no complaints: Dr. Goodman recently performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. The procedure was quick, painless, and successful. From the initial consultation to post-op care, he and his staff listened closely to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and helped me overcome my anxiety of going "under the knife." It wasn't cheap, but when it comes to my eyes, I didn't want to take any risks: I wanted the best doctor in the Bay Area for the procedure, and, by reputation and peer accounts, that's Dr. Goodman.

I'll preface this by noting that, were I reviewing ONLY my perception of the doctors exam, it would be more favorable. I was not pleased with a number of factors. I won't go into minute details. Although I had an appointment, I waited 30 min. to be seen. I was quoted one price for the exam, the bill was more than double that amount. I wear a progressive lens, for contacts I was given (gratis, thank you) a sample of one prescription to try, and told if it didn't work for me, "just drop in and I'll give you the other, we'll see which works best for you." I live 2.5 hours drive away, in Baja, and visit once a month, in conjunction with a treatment a Moore's Cancer Centre. I cannot use the contacts I was given. I called numerous times, being told this transaction would require an appointment with the doctor, who is in on a limited schedule. Nine months after my appointment, I am told that "it's been too long, you'll have to schedule another eye exam." I am 69 years old, have worn glasses since I was 8 yrs old. My prescription has changed four times over that period. It's unnecessary. Particularly at $178. So, end result, because I am here two days at most every month, and the doctor has a very limited schedule here, I may have had a good eye exam, but I have zero to show for it... not being able to use the prescription for contact lenses that I was given. That does not bode well for a senior citizen on a limited income. The staff I interacted with, aside from the doctor, were curt, and unfriendly, clearly 'customer service' is not a priority here. The doctor is professional, but clearly not interested in accommodating, or resolving, my particular need. Bottom line, you can get (much) better elsewhere.

Dr. Meurer was fantastic! My appointment was thorough without being too lengthy. Dr. Meurer was friendly, knowledgeable & happy to answer any questions that I had. I will definitely be going to him for all future needs.

Went in today and received wonderful customer service from Tara and her team. It was an even better experience when she helped me pick out my very 1st pair of glasses and excited to know that they're prepared in store and was ready with the hour. I'll definitely return for future exams and specs!

Optical impressions Summerville is amazing. I have been to the Goose Creek store but the Summerville store blows them out the water. Customer service is amazing! Bought contacts from them, came back in months later to get more. They remember my name, wife name and the pair of glasses I was looking at months before.

Dr Camejo is a true professional. Takes his time, explains options very well and my results with the treatment recommended has been excellent.

Super service, Optician was very nice, and Dr Frenske is very professional and very knowledgeable. She gave me more information than my previous doctors had, and I’d recommend this office to anyone. Nice selection of frames. With my insurance allowance, I was happy with the cost of my new glasses selection.

I felt calm even though I was a little nervous. The people were friendly and very helpful. It was important to me that the nurses did let me know what was happening. Also, I was told I had of time what would happen in the surgery room. My doctor did an excellent job.
