What out for this place as they will rip you off. They sold us a nine month supply of contacts for over $600, but I received a three month supply for over $600. This was after it taking two months for a prescription. I was lied to by multiple people. They ask for reviews, so here it is. They have terrible service, and rude people.

Very poor service poor scheduling very poor communicative skills will wait till the day of your appointment and cancel as you arrive will still send you messages as if your appointment was still being able to be seen that day will not call you and tell you anything until you get there they provide very poor service as well as the people in the office and will refer you to an office that is out of your way

It is impossible to make an appointment by phone, they do not answer and they are full to leave a message, you go in person and 2 of the employees serve in a bad way and are a bit racist. I would not go back to that place

Worst eye clinic I have ever been to. I have never left a review before for a business but this is a must. They did not bill my mother’s Medicare because of laziness and after she waited 2.5 hours just to see the ophthalmologist. With Medicare they give you one free eye visit each year but instead this clinic made her pay out of pocket money because they were too lazy to Bill insurance. Also, they tried to charge us $600 for a 3 month supply of contacts which we found around $200 at other suppliers. I’m not sure what kind of business they are running but sounds like they were laundering money and committing fraud. I do not recommended at all. Stay away from this place.

I have been going here for 3 years and have enjoyed my time, the dr is very patient and is willing to work with you. The ladies at the desk are always nice and helpful.

I wish I could give Dr. Hester and his staff 10 stars. He was professional, caring, informative, and had the best bed-side manner I have ever encountered. I felt seen and heard as an individual. Then there is the fact that I went from corrected vision of 20/50 to having 20/20 vision without glasses! I am beyond thrilled with the results! I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone and am so grateful that my optometrist referred me to him.

I was referred to Dr. Hester by my optometrist for a cataract evaluation. Dr Hester rightly and promptly diagnosed my vision issues, recommended and performed the needed surgery and inserted the appropriate lenses that restored my vision. I am so pleased with my new found sight!! From my initial visit to my actual surgery, Dr. Hester, his office and surgery center staff were so professional, caring and compassionate. I would recommend Dr. Hester without reservation to anyone suffering from vision problems.
