My son and husband ordered and paid for 2 pair of Oakley glasses with transition lenses. One pair was ordered and picked up in March and the other was ordered and picked up April neither pair was transition. I called and spoke to someone who placed another order and said it would take about 2 weeks to receive the transition lenses and then I can take the glasses back to get them swapped out. Nothing was done for the inconvenience, gas isn’t free so make sure you receive what you paid for. Have them show you that the lenses transition before you leave the office.

Great doctor and staff. I have bad medical and vision issues recently and got guick appointment and special services on Eyewear purchase. They went way beyond expectations on taking care of me from one community business to a local. Please support these people.

Wish I would have given Walmart Vision & Glasses an opportunity years ago! I've worn glasses/contacts for many, many years and the service I received was the best ever. The Dr. spent quality time with me, very detailed patient, and personable! She made me feel comfortable and heard! Moving on to my selection of glasses Stephen and his colleague did an excellent job in explaining my options and they made the shopping experience worthwhile. Hands down, the best crew! I am looking forward to getting my new glasses and hope that others get to experience this amazing customer service!

Excellent customer care! The eye exam was very thorough. Mickie was great and answered all my questions. She’s friendly, professional and knowledgeable taking time to explain everything so it’s easy to understand. With the exceptional customer service, I’ll be returning there for all my vision needs.

Awesome experience James was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The husband & wife Dr Team were amazing . First time visiting Walmart optical but won’t be the last time. Who knew ?? I’m glad I know now. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

So far really great experience. Office staff is nice and helped me when an appointment didn’t quite show up in the system. Dr Sidhu has been really patient and never makes me feel rushed out of the door even though I know my eye issue isn’t on the “most serious” list. Had a prescription issue, (on my end) called and left a voicemail and they had it changed within a couple of hours.

I scheduled an 8am appointment well in advance. I check in they tell me I am to be seen in the other suite. The front desk person was very nice and professional. At the other Suite there are 4 people there who see me try to enter the locked door. I ask if I am at the wrong door they ignore me and resume their conversation. When they seen I wasn't leaving they directed me back to the first suite. I explained that I have already checked in and they sent me to this suite. He told me they were not ready for me due to seeing inmates. He said I needed to wait in the other suite. I told him I would reschedule. I called to speak to the manager who was unavailable to speak with me. The first time I went here I had a good experience. Things has seemed to change. Peoples time have to be respected otherwise why set an appointment?

The office staff are always kind and helpful, and that is a very big deal because they represent the office and culture of that office, and they're always very kind and helpful. Dr Matthew is amazing in all possible ways because he listens to you and I've seen him a lot due to my issues and not once has he been unpleasant or seemed irritated. He is very professional and IMHO, he's very compassionate and helpful. I know that should I have a very serious issue, I will be able to rely on him, and that is a very comforting thought. I am so glad he exists as a person and as an eye doctor because I saw three eye doctors before him, and, none of them were able to treat me with the kindness and attention that he has. He is too legit to quit, or, too cool for school, if you will. He's the real MVP, the real deal. In all seriousness, I will ensure that he's my eye doctor for as long as I'm in AZ.

Do not trust these people. They ripped me off by telling me they were ordering a nine month supply of contacts for over $600. I received a 90 day supply for one eye, and 180 day supply for the other eye. Gladys was the one who misrepresented what she ordered. I can't stand baitand switch, but that is what they do here. Watch out,, or get ripped off.

Walked in today for the 3rd time asking them about my status on my contacts. This is the 3rd time I had to come to them and sure enough the order is always here when I come to ask. No one calls me to update me my order is in. This time I was told 1 of my orders were in but they couldn’t tell me exactly what it was cause they’re “filling in” for everyone here. Absolutely ridiculous I’ve been waiting 2 weeks already for my prescription. Communication here sucks this is my first time ever having to deal with needing glasses and contacts and my experience is horrible.

Wow! So glad we came here! From the moment my husband and I walked through the door we knew we picked the right place for our eye care. The front desk ladies are always smiling and the manager Torrie is the best! She was so sweet and helpful . The optometrist Dr Huynh is knowledgeable and skilled as well as personable. From glasses to contacts and sunglasses their selection is amazing! Thanks so much! We will definitely be referring you to family and friends!
