Worst experience! Not one day has past that I haven't regretted having cataract surgery at this place! I could see better with the cataracts than I do without. I even opted for the premium lenses. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! They bounce you from one doctor to another and no one knows how to read your chart. Once they get your money, they will make you sit and wait for HOURS past your appointment time before you get to see the doctor. So after surgery get ready to wait, and wait and wait, and wait some more. You are nothing but a number to them. They could care less if you have an appointment time because they already have your money so they are in absolutely no hurry what so ever to see you. I would do anything if I could go back in time and never have had my surgery at this place that has made my eye sight so much worse than it was before.

Dr. Hoffman and all the crews is very passionated and concerns about you wellbeing. I am very please with the surgeries and all the hard works everyone put in. Thank you, y’all the best!! Love y’all and God Bless.

My terminally ill brother had an appointment today for a critical situation, detatched retina. He has been there over 3 hours from his appointment time after Ubering an hour to get there. In what world do you make a terminally ill human that has just Ubered from Hot Springs with a critical situation wait over 3 hours and say there are still 4 in front of you and you close at 4:30 ??? Is there an issue with the person scheduling appointments? Doesn't sound like appointments are being made with respect to the patient at all. We will be reporting this ridiculous issue to our insurance company, referring Doctor, etc. Absolutely ridiculous service! Learn how to schedule and be considerate of patients time especially when they are terminally ill. 👎😒 Terrible service

16yr old surgery was suppose to be morning time which was clarified even when the date was changed in advance. Changed time from morning until 3:30 arrive @1:30pm bc they stated he was an add in. It’s almost 5 and still no surgery. I really dislike that he had to start going here bc of his condition. Professionalism, Pt Care, and Customer Service should never be a concern.

I live 2 hours away and had traveled to LR and was notified Dr Brown would not be in clinic. This is the second time this has happened. I told them I was out of contacts and they told me they were sorry. I asked if I could see a different Dr that was in clinic and was told since I have only seen Dr. Brown I would have to get permission to see another Dr. How do I get permission when she’s not in clinic? I’m sorry but this is NOT good service.

Staff is very friendly. We both got eye exams and glasses. lyz is great at figuring out what insurance covers and not. Dr is fine. Clean place. Plenty parking.

Dr. Deer is one of the best eye doctors in the area. He is highly knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen and explain. I never feel rushed in his office. His office staff is top-notch, with genuine old fashion customer service. I am so thankful that a friend introduced me to Dr. Deer and his clinic.

Had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Deer. in April 2019 ; excellent result. Had seen Dr. Deer about a year earlier and didn't need surgery at that time.but my vision in my left eye had changed and called for my newest appointment and Dr. Deer agreed that my vision in the left eye had gotten worse by my ripened cataract, hence the surgery shortly later. Dr. Deer was a thoroughly competent and compassionate M.D. and so were his staff. Recommended Dr. Deer to my wife ; she also needed cataract surgery and again , great results and compassion by Dr. Deer & his staff. My primary care M.D. is Dr. Michael Ford , St. Vincent Health CHI, Little Rock and he recommended Dr. Deer to me and other specialists as needed and they were all great choices; thank you Dr. Ford !

I have been going here for years and absolutely love it. The optometrist takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing, and what he is seeing. The staff is always friendly and I’ve never had an issue with them when it comes to billing insurance. They are very flexible with appointments and their new location is convenient and beautiful. 10/10

Wow! What a knowledgeable eye doctor!! My husband and I were both extremely impressed with his vast technology and experience. I would suggest him to anyone in Arkansas! He took his time and explained everything thoroughly. He referred me out on the things that needed a deeper look. Thankful that I now have him as a doctor!

I hadn’t been to an eye doctor in quite sometime but I must say Perry Amerine is the best! He explained things thoroughly and answered any questions I may have had. Truly professional staff and great establishment!
