I canceled my appointment with this office over a year ago and I keep getting phone calls from them. I do not want an appointment so stop calling my number!!!! UPDATE: No I will not do that. AGAIN EyeCare Associates called my phone just now and when I answered it was an automated recording that didn't even give a full phone number for me to call back. I have blocked that number just as I have done all the others. Remove me from your complete system.

Staff was nice. I was the first appointment at 8:30 and was in and out fast. Nice selection of glasses and they were very helpful with telling me what my insurance covered.

I had a separate issue with both of my eyes and I was worried. They always take pics of your eyes and give an eye exam before giving you a diagnosis. He looked at both of my eyes and it was reassuring. I had poked my left eye with a pair of scissors and it was still hurting two weeks later. My eye was fine. I just had sinus pressure affecting it. My right eye had a stye that wouldn't go away. So I have to keep putting a warm compress on it 4x a day and keep taking the antibiotic that he prescribed. I always feel calm after leaving his office.

Excellent from start to finish! I called in , and they helped me figure out my vision insurance. I had little time, and they were highly efficient with their process, and actions. I was in and out within 45 minutes. They were extremely busy, but everyone was pleasant and highly professional. Dr Box is amazing, and on top of his game. Expert exam, and has me seeing straight for the first time in about 3 years! Highly recommend this office for your next eye exam!!

Dr Box is very caring and attentive! My husband and I have been patients for more than 15 years. He knew to send me to an excellent specialist when my doctor and ophthalmologist didn’t. I can’t thank him enough for truly listening.

It was my first visit there, they were very nice and patient people. I also loved the staff that helped me pick glasses that look nice on me because I have a very hard time deciding for myself. :D

Dr. Dubose is always pleasant and very skilled at his profession! He listens and knows what he is doing. Definitely recommend him!! Staff was professional and very thorough with explaining things and answering questions.

I've come to Dr. DuBose for many years. He's always done a wonderful job keeping my eyes healthy and has carefully examined my eyes for glasses. I trust him and recommend him to others. His staff is always polite and helpful. Thank you, Dr. Dubose, for many years of great care!

For the most part it was an enjoyable experience, however when I made the appointment I was under the impression that it was at the location on Jack Warner parkway. I did not know that there was a different location on McFarland and upon showing up for the appointment at the location I knew the staff told me I was at the wrong location. One staff member made a comment that they had been at this location for over a year. My check ups are yearly and no staff advised that there was a different location when the appointment was made. The staff then gave me a flyer that gave directions to the other location, but this flyer was incorrect and did not give complete directions. When putting the address given on the flyer in to a GPS it took you to a location that was not the facility for the appointment. I had to call the office and get amplified directions to the facility. This all made up for a bad start to a Monday morning. Once at the correct location things got better and the appointment went well.

I cannot express my thanks enough!! I called in with what I thought was a very serious condition and they worked me in immediately. The front desk girl was better than ANY I have encountered. She was genuinely concerned about my issue. I was a new patient and all!! Amazing experience!! I will be a lifetime patient from now on. Dr Johnson was very thorough and helped me understand what was happening. He is also a very genuine person which i have had a hard to finding in the medical profession these days. Thank you so much!!!!

I was able to get an appointment very quickly and was treated well by all the staff I interacted with including Dr. Johnson. I received a very thorough examination and my issue was resolved quickly. I feel like he listened to me and worked to get my vision problems solved with no delays. I would recommend him to anyone with advanced vision problems.
