If I could give 10 stars I would!! Monica and Levi were both such great help from the moment I walked through the door. I came with 2 pairs of glasses and each took a pair and did their thing. I am very satisfied with their work. I have never experienced such welcoming and warming customer service. I highly recommend this location solely based off my experience with those two ladies. Kudos to you both.

My experience at LensCrafters in the Southlake area of Morrow GA was excellent! I felt very comfortable among these professionals. The process was very smooth. The team was also diligent. Levy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when informing me of the promotions and helping save money on multiple frames and lenses. Keep up the great work. Thank You for the styles Levy!!

I was a bit skeptical about coming into this particular location because of the reviews. I had my initial appointment rescheduled and was going to cancel today's but something told me to go in and form my own opinion! I'm glad I followed my gut, we received nothing but superior customer service from the moment we stepped through the door. The young ladies at the front desk were friendly, the O.D. Kimberly Dreuitt was friendly and patient as well. The guy I checked out with David was helpful and informative when it came to deciding on whether or not to purchase the no line progressive lenses or the lines bifocals. I had purchased a pair of no line progressives from another Eyewear place 2 years ago and they didn't take the time to explain anything to me as a first time bifocal wearer. I informed David that I had a brand new pair that I wasn't happy with and he took the time to explain how to get used to them. He saved me time and money, I will try to get used to the previous pair for now and am sure I'll be happy with the reading glasses that I purchased today. America's Best will be my new home when it comes to eyewear from now on!

Service was fine but you have to wait FOREVER just to checkout, regardless of if you are purchasing a pair of glasses. I came for vision checkup and my prescription and was serviced promptly and professionally. Then told I had to wait after the lobby full of people to checkout (pay) and get my prescription. The guy told me it was gonna be a while after acknowledging I just wanted to pay and leave. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate circumstance they have designed for their customers. Now I sit… and wait…

Had by far the best experience seeing an optometrist on my most recent visit here. The staff was welcoming and worked thru my appointment in a timely fashion. David took the time to break down my benefits package and gave me some pointers on how to maximize my spending and need. Great job and thank you.

My service was excellent as ALWAYS. I have had one of my most precious possessions, my eyes,taken care of here for at least 5 years They are both friendly and professional.

Linda has always been a super star with great attiude and always helping us to the fullest. We have been going back every year because of her great and friendly service.

All staff members were polite and acknowledged every customer entering the establishment and gave great customer service throughout the in store visit. My appointment started on time and the doctor was very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. The associate (Linda) assisted me with my contacts and glasses purchase. She was very attentive and took the time to explain the different technologies and prices per lenes available for my prescription glasses and the insurance/discount options. The explained discounts allowed me to add a very needed updated pair of stylish eye glasses along with a supply of contacts. Thanks kindly...🤗

After months of procrastination I finally made an appointment to have my eyes checked. Needless to say I had a great experience overall. Every single representative was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Dr Lindsay was amazing! Kudos to the team.
