Excellent doctor, excellent front desk, excellent all around service! Was extremely helpful when my children went through a phase breaking their glasses in a three month span. They replaced them very fast! Thanks

The environment is nice and calm and the service is superb. I was able to get my glasses the same day and everything was done swiftly and with much kindness!

Update: Jacob and Team does it again!!!!! You know I have to keep my vision 20/20 and AMERICAN BEST on Ann Street (Montgomery) keeps me seeing 👀 clearly. Thanks to the new Intake Technician - Chad & Dr. Jones; I am ready to see through walls. ** Fast and easy process due to me completing my paperwork via courtesy text this morning. Also, I am one of their "Eyecare Club Members"....small fee for 4 years. Call in or stop by and ask for Jacob. He will get you set up for these unique rewards. This is my second time doing a review for America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. I do not know where the first one went. To catch you up to speed, I broke my new pair of glasses for a second time in 2 months. I was very hesitant about going back in with this issue. Mind you, I've never broken the same pair of glasses ever. Walking in and seeing the General Manager (Jacob Parrott) behind the front desk working always makes me smile. He is very approachable, friendly, professional and genuinely cares about "Us", his customers. Even the Optometrist is top notch. And let me give a shout out to the ladies doing the initial pre-exam for telling me about the "EYECARE CLUB". At this point, I see why it's needed. Also, when I returned for my contact follow-up; I was told delivery would be approximately 2 weeks. I got them in 4 days and then the time for my replacement glasses was quick as well. This location at 909 Ann Street (Montgomery, ALA) is Dynamic!!! I Fully RECOMMEND WITHOUT ANY RESERVATION MR. JACOB PARROTT AND STAFF for your next fashionable pair or two of glasses and contacts. I am here to tell you, I post and review to alert the community where to go and spend your hard earn money and get the best service, product and treatment!! Stop by or call... I had an eye exam and ordered a pair of new glasses from America's Best about three weeks ago. The process from exam to picking up my glasses was amazing. The staff was super professional. I will definitely buy there again.

I am thrilled to share my experience with Jacob, the General Manager at America's Best Eyeglasses. After losing my glasses just a week after purchasing them, I was devastated and unsure of what to do next. However, Jacob went above and beyond to assist me and completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the store, Jacob greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel instantly at ease. He listened patiently as I explained my situation and was very empathetic towards my predicament. Without hesitation, Jacob offered to replace my lost glasses for free, which was an incredibly kind gesture and one that I never expected. Overall, I cannot recommend Jacob highly enough. He truly exemplifies what it means to provide exceptional customer service and made a difficult situation completely stress-free. Excellent healthcare organization. Efficient and kind. The staff is always very professional while making the patient feel comfortable and at ease. All staff members are friendly and appear to enjoy their jobs. Spends the time necessary to fully explain procedures and answer any questions the patient may have. An exceptional organization! Highly recommended!

I just love Dr. Meadows and his staff is wonderful. The new place is very, very nice. Everyone I interacted with - from check-in to check-out couldn't have been nicer and more professional.

I felt compelled to write because the two negative reviews are not at all accurate. Dr Hoffpauir and Dr Bolton are just two great doctors. They treat virtually everything. Both are kind, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. And I know from working in the industry that their technology is second to none in the area. I wouldn’t go any place else.

Was 3 minutes late and they canceled my appointment! I drove 45 miles only to be told I'd have to reschedule an appointment that took me a month to get. Ridiculous. I will not recommend them at all
