The very first visit with Dr. Sean Carter was wonderful! He was patient, he listen and answered each question where no matter how minor! The answers were in layman terms so I could understand. He put my fears to rest. Thank you Dr. Carter

Dr. Ray, listen very attentiontively to my problem. He and his staff are very patient. My insurance left me to pay $120 for my eye prescription. His nurse gave me samples to cover me the entire duration of my prescription. Thanks, Dr. Courtney R and nursing staff.

An absolutely terrible experience. My wife desperately needed a new contact lens, and went for her appointment. After her vision had been assessed, the new contact lens was apparently ordered. They could not give either a price or delivery time - but we were desperate as we had a vacation coming. We never heard from the clinic, so my wife made repeated calls to get a status. She was always told it was ordered and on the way. After 5 weeks of waiting - she went to the clinic to learn that the contact had never even been ordered - and that MBD&V could not even get that contact. So now we start the process all over AT ANY PLACE ELSE. S. Wilson

This place is very ghetto and unprofessional!! They move at a turtles pace and they act like they don’t know what they’re doing. I went to get five fillings, only got one because they said they didn’t have time to do all five. I was also scheduled for a cleaning and they told me they couldn’t do it because they were overbooked. She ended up getting me in but now my mouth has been bleeding for three days! They act like they don’t want to work.

The staff was very prompt and definitely friendly joy and shantavja even helped me pick out a frame, she had plenty of patience and was nice

So today my son had an appointment and the credit card machine was down for deductibles to be paid. No one wanted to provide a written receipt to prove that I was leaving my card information with them. No one wanted to take responsibility for or write even a note to verify my payment and my personal information being left in their hands. I did try to take a picture of the person who was going to take my information. She called the doctor and he then said that they would reschedule my appointment for when their card machine was back up. I did not want to reschedule because we were at his appointment time. I understand the card machine was down and that I may have went too far in taking a picture. However, who would take responsibility for my information being left or even running my card? I'm sure they would never go to a place of business and leave their card information with no proof or record of it. So why would they expect me to. This information could have been given at the beginning of appointment time. They could have made calls so that one could arrange another form of payment prior to coming in. I had no proof of anything. So needless to say now I have to find a new dentist. Not a problem because I am confident that there are many with MUCH better desk service and dentist. I am disappointed to say the least and I will also be posting on the BBB. It may not mean much but they just lost 6 patients from my household. Dr. G and his staff are disgusting and rude! Not to mention no one even called to update me from the last visit where my children had cleanings and because of the Covid-19, no one but the patient was able to go inside. I had to call to find out what was needed and what happened during their visit. Imagine a 5 yr old coming out trying to explain to you he has 2 cavities. I called back in, asked for information and then made next appointment. Ask would I be updated and the person who answered the phone stated that I would be. I haven't received that call yet. Then on today the young lady says she asked her office manager about giving a hand written receipt but when I asked for this same office manager she wasn't there. At that time a very nasty and rude assistant came in and tells me they are going to reschedule my sons appointment. Lastly, the doctor never even spoke to me about the steps he needed he would take to perform. He spoke to the hygienist and told her he would have to numb him. I then ask the hygienist how was he going to do it, with needle. She responds, "yes." More information and better bedside manner would have been appreciated. Inexperienced and lack of empathy. Inform your people, be kind. You have loved ones as well.

I've been seeing Dr. Gamotis for a several years now and I just wanted to leave this review to let everyone know how great he and the whole staff at Downtown Vision is. I'm older and when I first went to them my teeth were in pretty bad shape. I had several teeth filled and others pulled and eventually a full upper and partial lower dentures. At every step of the process, Dr. Gamotis fully explained the cost and arranged to schedule the work as I could afford to pay for it. Everyone was so very kind and helpful about everything and Dr. Gamotis was so careful about making sure I was comfortable and that the procedure wasn't painful. I would recommend this great Dentist highly to anyone.

My kids love this place very nice and friendly

I was a little nervous because I was a new patient. Everyone was very nice, and Dr. St. John was great. He explained everything to me and didn't get in a hurry. I will definitely use them in the future. I will also recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Stringer is one of the most caring doctors I've had the experience of meeting. He focuses on the person and his/her needs! I appreciate him seeing me on short notice! I can tell he wants the very best for his patients. (His nurse Abby is very well prepared for dealing w/his patients. )

Dr. Stringer is a great doctor. He actually takes the time to explain and allow you to ask questions. Also his staff very friendly. I can easily give the entire staff 5 stars.
