I was well cared for during my exam. The doctor was very thorough, kind, knowledgeable and patient. I never felt rushed during my visit. The whole experience was great from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend this doctor and location to anyone seeking an eye exam and/or glasses or contacts. I also appreciate how easy it was to schedule my appointment online.

I visited Dr. Lala for a routine eyeglass exam. It was one of the most thorough exams I’ve had in the last six maybe seven years. She really cares about her patients and took the time to explain the tests the follow ups, diagnosis and everything else in between. I would highly highly recommend her to everyone.

Very friendly! She spaces her appointments out perfect so I'm never waiting very long. Communication is wonderful and she makes sure I'm leaving happy, with no questions or concerns. Making appointments is very easy!

Scott, the optician, was also very kind and took the time to walk me through what things were important to look for in vision care and what the practice could offer to me for my new pair of glasses. Milan Eye Center has been nothing but professional during my experience with them Their dedication to do everything they can to improve my eyesight has been very on obvious since my first consultation with them. Excellent surgeons and doctors with all the latest in technology. I highly recommend them!

My Lasik was quick, efficient and professional. No issues before, during or after (it’s only been one day, but I worked today without any issues. Milan Eye Center is very timely with their communication, from making appointments to follow up calls. Very pleased with my experience

My first time visit and they worked me in for an emergency appointment. Because, they were working me in to other prior scheduled appointments I reasonably excepted to wait a while for them to work me in. I was beyond pleasantly surprised that they had me in diagnosed and out the door with in 45 minutes of my appointment! I had used another well known eye group in the past and always left frustrated due to them overbooking appointments and not even having the beginning steps of my appointment started till 30 or 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment for my routine eye exam on more than one occasion! I will definitely be recommending Milan Eye Group to others with the same positivity and enthusiasm that others had recommended them to me! Everyone was so kind and professional from the booking of the appointment and all the steps in between leading up to seeing Dr. Ficco.

Love this office. Staff is kind, and organized. Providers are always sure to ask if you have any questions or concerns beyond their findings during the exam. Examination rooms are clean and tidy. I appreciate the office having the retina scan and coordinating lenses needed with the frames desired at LensCrafters who have many options. Staff also honored my online coupon code. See you next year!

Very welcoming staff as this was my first visit. Bright, airy, clean and the reception was friendly. Dr visit was amazing! Very pleased with the exam, thorough and gave information every step of the way.I will and have already recommended to my friends.

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR ANYTHING. THEY ARE FRAUD. I would have given them 0 stars if Google allowed me to. My experience with this ophthalmology clinic has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. They have proven to be nothing short of fraudulent in their practices. My primary concern was obtaining a contact lens prescription, but the entire process has been a nightmare. Initially, I was asked to schedule follow-up appointments at staggered intervals: first after a week, then after three months, and now after six months. This prolonged and unnecessary delay has left me without the prescription I need. Despite my repeated requests for the prescription, the optometrist has shown a complete lack of cooperation. What's worse is their persistent attempt to pressure me into purchasing contact lenses exclusively from them. This blatant attempt to push their products on me is both unethical and unprofessional. To add to the frustration, I noticed that I was billed two different prices for the exact same examination. I took the time to scrutinize the detailed bill, pointing out that the code for contact lens fitting was the same but they charged different for the same service. However, their response was far from satisfactory. The manager and staff have consistently avoided providing a clear explanation, opting instead for excuses that keep changing each time I present a counterargument. I strongly advise against placing any trust in this establishment for your eye care needs. Their actions have demonstrated a complete lack of integrity and professionalism. It's disheartening to encounter such fraudulent behavior in an industry that relies on the well-being of its patients. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR ANYTHING. THEY ARE FRAUD.
