Well Maintained Facility! Dr. Dholakia was pretty thorough and friendly. The frontdesk staff were preoccupied and cared less. Wait time was little longer than anticipated. Client Service could be better and price could be economical a little more.

The staff are very nice and professional, and Dr Pare is excellent, professional, courteous and caring doctor.

I see Dr Pare, my husband does also, he has such a wonderful personality, makes patients feel so at ease, very professional. And most of all, he’s a very good dr. I trust him with my eye care completely

This Place is exceptional.I had one cataract surgery performed by Dr Pare He is the greatest eye dr I have ever used Office staff is very friendly and efficient Will highly recommend to anyone.

Dr. Hwang is very compassionate and professional. He talked me through my eye exam and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend him to any family member or friend.

Thanks for all your help, doc! You really did a great job with the cataract surgery for my aunt. She sees 20/20 now, even better than me. We especially appreciate all the time you spent before surgery. We’re glad we went with the lens with the “extra” cost. Definitely worth it!

Dr. Hwang is very good at his job, he focuses on taking great care of his patients and clients. Great experienced doctor whom I would trust and recommend!

I had an amazing experience here! Dr. William Kim is the best. He listens, is patient and explained each step in my visit. I really enjoyed the service that I received and I appreciated the fact that I never felt as if anything was rushed because he did have a lot of appointments lined up after me. I would definately recommend to all my friends and family! P.S. I never heard such a thick southern accent come from an asian man before!! He's AWESOME!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You would think the patient comes first... not in this office! We decided to try out this practice 2 years ago, had an average experience. Glasses did not come in when they said they would so we had to return to pick them up at a later date.. Fast forward to February 2015, I'm not sure if the practice has been sold or under new management, but the customer service has plummeted! The office takes their first patient at 9:30, so I took their first available appointment (9:30) thinking I would be in and out quickly because there was no one ahead of me. I arrived at the office at 9:33.. signed two pieces of paper, (I was an existing patient) so no new information had to be entered into the computer. I allotted a little over an hour for the appointment... well after sitting for 25 minutes I asked the receptionist, how long she thought it would be until I was seen.. she said not long.. 15 minutes later I had still not been seen when the doctor walked out into the lobby and spoke to a sales rep that had walked into the office. She asked the rep if he had an appointment, he replied that he did not and she preceded to take him back and speak to him. At that point I explained I had to leave to be at work by 11. The "office manager" Kevin was at the front desk, as I (the patient) apologized to him about having to leave after waiting for 40 minutes while I received no apologetic response and no accommodation. Needless to say my four family members and myself will NOT be returning to the office because of their terrible customer service and blunt rudeness! Very disappointing as we thought very highly of the office.

Our entire family uses Dr. Heggeland for our annual eye check-ups and we have been seeing him for 10 years. He is very thorough and friendly. The office staff is super friendly and helpful also. We highly recommend their business!

Awesome Experience! Nice friendly staff, and now I can see again. I felt that the Dr. listened to what I was saying when explaining my difficulties with long, and short range vision. He explained what I thought was an unconventional method for correcting both problems. We tried it and it worked. I also feel that it needs to be said again, Great Friendly Staff!! Thanks!
