Dr. Borgnini was excellent with my 8 year old! She took her time to explain to him everything she was doing! The techs are great too! Very accommodating to children. The front desk ladies got me checked in pretty quickly as well! Great eyecare!

First time getting my glasses here. Ebony at the front desk and Darice who walked me through my options and ordering process were friendly, knowledgeable, super helpful, and just a joy to work with. I usually have a friend with me to help choose my frames but I was in a hurry and just ran in quickly. They were both so wonderful to help me choose my frames to what looked best on me. Can’t wait to get my new glasses. Thank you so much ladies.

As ALWAYS, I ENJOYED my visit with Dr. Phillip. He is so.... very KIND, PATIENT, and KNOWLEDGEABLE regarding my annual eye exams, not to mention his GREAT staff. Dr. Tran was very kind and informative. He provided different treatment options for my eye issue based on my health insurance. His receptionist, Cindy, is very efficient and professional too. I will definitely go back to Dr. Tran for my yearly eye exams and any issues I might have later.

I recently had an eye appointment with Stratus Eye. From the onset, it was evident that Dr. Tran is exceptionally knowledgeable in the field of ophthalmology. He addressed all my concerns and inquiries with utmost precision and clarity, ensuring I left the appointment with no questions unanswered. What stood out to me was Dr. Tran's ability to convey complex medical information in a manner that was easily digestible and understandable. During the meticulous inspection of my eyes under the microscope, he explained each step of the process, alleviating my anxieties and empowering me with the knowledge to make informed decisions regarding my eye health. My experience with Dr. Tran (and his staff) was nothing short of excellent. My wife and I drive about an hour to see Dr. Tran. There are many options much closer but they’re not Dr. Tran! He’s that good. Dr. Tran is personable, professional and above all knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Dr. Tran for your eye care.

Amazing. Highly recommended. I had RK in 1998 which made dialing in my prescription tough but Dr. Brown and her team of techs knocked it out of the ballpark not once not twice but three times they dealt with me and they never complained they never seemed irritated they just wanted me to see and ... After a few months of back-and-forth which was understandable, I CAN FINALLY SEE! in new tech triphocals. love them! and love this staff! These people are compassionate, sweet, patience, understanding, empathetic,… Just loving caretakers for their patients and I God bless them all. they had to re-order my lenses a few times due to my issues going into trifocals with RK from 98 and they had no problems doing this for me. The prices are very fair so much so that I gave Mary my expensive Angelina Jolie Aviator Lunors which will have the same corrected prescription in a few weeks. Love these guys just make sure you communicate very well with them because if they know what you want - you will get from them what you want. thank you so much to Dr. Glenda, her staff, techs. love her so much. and the entire staff has so much patience for you which must be tough in a ophthalmology setting. These people simply rock.

Great personalized service at Windermere Optique! You will not get better, friendlier service anywhere else. They squeezed me into a slot that worked for my schedule, then the exam was thorough and quick, and lastly they did everything in their power to save me as much money as possible on my contacts. I will recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had my first appointment with Windermere Optique this morning. I barely had time to look around the waiting room before I was called back for my appointment. Dr Loan Unsworth is so very nice. She is professional, knowledgeable and interested in my concerns. Windermere Optique has an amazing selection of frames. Fortunately they accept my eye insurance (Aetna Medicare PPO) and my new glasses are really becoming. The assistant that helped me choose my frames was friendly and extremely helpful. My previous optometrist had retired since my last exam and now I have a new one...closer to home.
