I had my first appointment with Windermere Optique this morning. I barely had time to look around the waiting room before I was called back for my appointment. Dr Loan Unsworth is so very nice. She is professional, knowledgeable and interested in my concerns. Windermere Optique has an amazing selection of frames. Fortunately they accept my eye insurance (Aetna Medicare PPO) and my new glasses are really becoming. The assistant that helped me choose my frames was friendly and extremely helpful. My previous optometrist had retired since my last exam and now I have a new one...closer to home.

It was the most comprehensive eye exam, pleasurable experience, that I have ever had in my entire life. I was so confident in the findings and had no concern over the new script. I purchased three pairs of new glasses, Readers, computer, … More

My whole family has been seeing Dr. Philip Huynh for our eye exams for a while. We love his attention to details and the fact that He always takes time to answer your questions and explain his findings. He is very professional, thorough and caring! Also, his assistants at the front office are knowledgeable and friendly, and contribute to the whole eye exam experience! Highly recommending!

Dr. Huynh was amazing! He was very thorough, so knowledgeable, and so very friendly. He tested everything, took every detail into consideration, answered every question I had, and gave me choices based on his professional experience. I was wearing my first ever pair or contacts by the end of the appointment. I definitely recommend him.

Update: I returned to Target Optical for an office visit due to prolonged eye issues. I saw Dr. Kim. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions. Another great visit! I felt the warmth and professionalism as soon as I walked in and was greeted by Adam, Tiffany, and Darice. Dr. Huynh was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was completely comfortable when I'm normally a little anxious about eye exams. He answered all my questions and did not make me feel like any question I asked was silly. I also loved how everyone interacted with one another. I could tell they genuinely liked each other as colleagues, which is so important in creating a welcoming environment for customers. Darice did an excellent job explaining my options for frames and lenses. She has a beautiful personality and did not rush me while I chose my frames. This is my new eye place!!!

Doctor Kim, the new eye Doctor was one of the best eye doctors that I had so far. He was kind enough to explain everything in details about my vision. Compared to other doctors that just go and explain with complicated terms, Dr. Kim made things sound easy for me to understand. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I wish I could give a negative star their doctors changes and they don’t have records on their file. They are not professional at all. They did not have records on their file for me to make a pair of glasses as the doctor left with all the records and they want us to pay again for prescription bcoz new doctor new prescription. The associate just said if I don’t want glasses I can go very rude

LoL. No. Do not go here. Dr. Makes a lot of passive aggressive comments. She used terms of endearment with a patronizing tone. I am not your Honey, I am your customer. Passive aggressive is a form of agresion and you can keep that to your self. Felt rushed and then nurse knocked to tell her other patient was waiting and then we felt even more rushed. We waited in the tiny little wait room for a while when they could have just let us wait in large lobby. Never again unless it is a different Doctor. Front office Carolina and Liliana were kind and polite.

Our whole family (all 4 of us) wear glasses and we have been using the service here for a while. We always have found this store welcoming, great services and reasonable prices. Most of all, we have to give special thanks and praises to the optical technician Edward here. Edward is super friendly, personable, understanding, patient and very knowledgeable. He is a true professional who always goes above & beyond to make sure we get the best service. We feel that we have finally found someone we could trust and we could always count on and will surely highly recommend him to anyone we know.
