This is absolutely the best place for eye exams and purchase of eyeglasses. I've tried a few others the past few years and I can confidently say "Hands Down, the BEST !!!". My doctor listened, isn't that something. I explained my situation and frustration with all the previous exam results and she was able to prescribe for me what my previous doctor ridiculed me for requesting. I had Lasik (mono-vision) performed over 10 years ago and I wanted a prescription to enhance my vision for both near-sight and far-sightedness. They always suggested bifocals but that's not what I wanted. My last doctor @ Clarity Vision made fun of my request in the front area after the exam. Felt a bit embarrassed, needless to say, I don't go there anymore. The staff at B.Spectacled was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. They not only got the prescription the way I wanted and verified that the changes are accurate, they treated me with respect and care. Richard assisted me in selecting a pair of frames that not only fit perfectly but looks awesome. He listened to my preferences and then came back with 5 different frames to try-on. He never rushed me for a decision and provided his opinion when asked. Insurance and separate fees were explained before final checkout. I got my prescription glasses in TWO DAYS !!!!!!! I can see so much better now and can throw away the old pair I bought from the money pit. Thank you b.spectacled for improving my vision.

I've been going to Caris Eye Centers for over 20 years and I have always been very satisfied with the care they have given me. Highly recommended!

Teresa is great. The female doctor with brown hair is not helpful. She's not only late for an hour, but also When I asked how I can protect my eyes, she said nothing. She also rushed through the exam. She's not helpful or friendly. It's unlikely I will come back again because of her.

Excellent experience, as always! Dr. Payne always takes time to listen to our vision concerns. He explains things and addresses our needs. As vision is a changing thing, I feel relieved to know we “see” someone who cares how we see. The entire staff is professional and truly kind.

Of all the eye care and optical shops I've visited, Eye Believe stands out as the best in terms of professionalism, service quality, and genuine kindness – everything one could hope for. Today, I had a minor issue with my glasses and decided to return to the place where I had purchased them. The staff here were incredibly responsive and caring. Even though two of them offered assistance, I only needed one person's help. A kind young lady, may be an owner, not only fixed the broken parts of my glasses, but also other side of same part as well as cleaned my glasses thoroughly and impeccably. This small yet compassionate gesture not only earned my business but also my deep respect for their humanity. I wholeheartedly recommend Eye Believe for all your eye care needs. I truly believe in their exceptional service.

Great staffs and awesome customer service with the best quality eye exam. I've been to many optical places in the past but this place really brought the quality to the another level. Two thumbs up! I would highly recommend this place to everybody!
