Everyone is so friendly here. I had a couple of scheduling conflicts come up last minute and the staff was incredibly gracious and helpful with finding another time to fit me in their schedule. My husband and I went on separate days and both had great experiences with the doctors as well!

Great staffs and awesome customer service with the best quality eye exam. I've been to many optical places in the past but this place really brought the quality to the another level. Two thumbs up! I would highly recommend this place to everybody!

Dr. Ishaque was absolutely fabulous. I did not feel rushed and he took time to explain everything thoroughly. Turns out I have a cataract that I was unaware of because I had been going to a virtual eye dr at a chain eye store. The office staff was very friendly and efficient as well. I am never going to another eye dr as long as I am still living in the area.

This place is amazing
Had an injury at a local nail salon where a staff 😕 dropped eyelashes extensions glue inside my eye. It was one of the worse experiences 😪 of my life...especially because I do understand the importance of sanitary precautions and proper training before performing such services as I work myself in a Beauty Spa where we also perform eyebrows and eyelashes beauty services. The entire Team at U&M made me feel so much better. They actually had to numb my eye 👁 😕 🤧 as I arrived from the nail salon with so much pain that day. Today they removed the band aid on my eye and I feel so much better although I'm still on antibiotic drops.
Both Doctors wife and husband as well as the two ladies at the front desk were professional and attentionate.
Thank you for saving my eye...
One thing I also appreciate they did not asked to be paid before servicing Me. I paid after they tool care of me.that is very rare. Thank u 💗

My first two visits at this location were amazing! Each of the Ophthalmologist, and the owners daughter at the front desk were all so amazing. It wasn’t until the new staff came along. A male that helps with frames. He’s so pushy and very rude. I attempted to make my third appointment and when explaining that I never received a call for the fitting the doctor wanted to schedule for contacts. He laughed as if I were lying and began reading off the notes in a very condescending way. Stating that multiple calls were placed and no one answered. He lacked empathy which was disturbing because I pay $400.00 for my daughters contacts and never missed a call or an appointment and I spend the same for glasses. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I fell in love with the office when I first moved to Georgia. The office was very clean, staff and doctors so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I even attended a church the doctors recommended. They made me feel welcomed and like family. It’s so disappointing how the customer service has gone down tremendously for the prices we pay for services. When I advised the male who answered the phone I would just go somewhere else. He hung up the phone without a word. Regrettably, I will be finding my daughter and I a new ophthalmologist. After being a patient/customer for two years. It’s very unfortunate.

Great provider with Dr. Brown! She is very caring and competent. My whole family has been going here for years. I would highly recommend the practice. They also have a great variety of eyeglasses.
Mildred, the contact lens specialist is also wonderful to work with. She provided me with Contacts when mine ran out.

I have been going here for 3 month. They have made my lenses three times, the first two were completely botched. Today, I went back to see if we can get them any better. They have me sit with someone I have never seen before and ask me all the questions I have answered before. She didn't like my attitude and ask me to go sit in the waiting area. I got there at least 15 minutes before my appointment and I stayed 30 minutes after the appointment time. I left because Dr. Brown, with whom I had the appointment, never appeared. I have been to this office eight times in the last three months and the bottom line is they have not made me a correct pair of glasses yet.

It is a nice office. PA or nurse prior to seeing Dr wasn't the warmest lady in the office. Dr Carlisle was great. The glasses person was helpful. The two girls at reception were certainly into other activities besides work.

I needed an appointment on short notice. After calling, I was able to get one the next day. I had no wait time at all, the technician who performed the initial tests of the exam was great, and very knowledgeable. My doctor was Dr. Song, and I can’t emphasize enough that this was the best and most thorough eye exam I have ever had. I will definitely return, and recommend Elan Eye to everyone.

The Doctor is friendly and always willing to explain what he is doing and looking for when examining my eyes. The staff helped me pick out my glasses and made sure that they looked good and fit my face. When my glasses were ready for pickup the staff called me to let me know they were ready and then resized my frames to fit. Very helpful staff.

When you show up for your eye appointment make sure you bring something to do, the chances are you will be waiting around for awhile. I waited for two hours and spent about 90% of that time on my own. After the two hour long exam they take you out to their showroom where you can try on and select the glasses you would like, the 20 different styles are hardly a choice. This is also the time the sales people will try and push you to get the most expensive frames and get you to do all the upgrades, so be warned now. I make my selection and I feel comfortable that I have made a great choice, I was wrong. They say it will take a week... two weeks go by, get a call and go in. The order was wrong and they sent them back. Another week... get a call asking me to bring my frames back to them so they can cut my lenses for me. I responded with what are you talking about. They say sorry and I canceled my order. Get a call today and my glasses are in. They have zero accountability for themselves and I would not waste my time with them.
