Not only the doctor, but the entire staff was excellent.

Office staff and Dr. Pinard are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Dr. Pinard took the time to listen to everything go over everything answered all questions made suggestions very personable. I felt I was very well taken care of.

The staff was super friendly as a whole. The doctors who gave me the various eye exams were very professional, explained everything to me in detail, and made sure that I understood what was going on with my vision. My glasses arrived in the expected timeframe, and they were exactly what I needed. I can see everything clearly now!

I recently had my first appointment at this office and had a great experience. All of the staff was so friendly and made everything so easy. Very happy finding a new eye doctor!!

The Dr is amazing and the front desk staff are polite. There is one lady who works here, though, Sarah, who is the epitome of unprofessional and rude. She's loud, she's crass, she has no manners, she has no awareness of her surroundings and is simply unprofessional at best. Her attitude towards another patient made me walk out before even being seen.

went in today to get a replacement pair and Sarah truly was so helpful. she walked me through and explained in great detail the process to me all while being funny and forming an actual connection with me. she seemed to truly care about her job and deserves a raise for her excellent customer service
