went in today to get a replacement pair and Sarah truly was so helpful. she walked me through and explained in great detail the process to me all while being funny and forming an actual connection with me. she seemed to truly care about her job and deserves a raise for her excellent customer service

Dr. Ackerman and Dr. Robinson are the greatest. Dr. Ackerman has performed several eye surgeries for me and I've always had outstanding results. I would recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional eye care. Sharon

Making the appointment was so easy, and the reminders were helpful. Once at the office, everyone was professional and friendly. All of the assistants couldn’t have been more pleasant. Dr. Ackerman was very easy to relate with and explained everything in a professional manner, but also wanted to be sure that I understood the proposed procedures. All in all…very happy with my experience.

I've been a patient of this practice for many years and have always received excellent care. This visit was especially good because of the very professional care from the two women who did the preliminary workup. I only got one name, Josefina, but they both were well trained, friendly and answered all my questions. All the other staff from front desk to checkout were very professional, helpful and friendly.

WOW. A much larger facility than I imagined. Quite nice, very clean, seems organized, very pleasant people to talk to. Because it was Halloween, the employees were having a "Pot Luck" lunch and the entire building smelled heavenly and extremely appealing. Yesi, took time while she was examining, measuring, taking pictures of my eyes to make me feel more comfortable. She spoke gently, smiled often, and talked to me, which made me feel comfortable. She is a very pleasant person. I saw Dr Chapman, who will be doing my cataract surgery, another pleasant person who left me with a secure & comfortable feeling. We then saw Ashley, who explained the basic financial expectations and circumstances to expect on the the day of surgery. Yet another very pleasant person to deal with while explaining uncomfortable subjects. We finished out visit with a check out paying a pirate (I didn't get her name) for the eye drops that will be used after each surgery. Overall, I am impressed. What is honestly quite a scary subject at first, (besides just the unknown) was made better by the staff having excellent organization, people skills and personal communication and the hand shakes brought it to a one on one level. I am quite satisfied with this surgery center choice, even though my local eye Dr. Stephens made the recommendation, I feel comfortable with the way I was treated to expect nothing less on my future surgery dates. My experiences have been pleasant and enjoyable dealing with this group and I will recommend them to any and all who inquire of me.

Was taken promptly for the eye testing by the Doctor's assistant. She was very thorough and patient. Although I had to wait for the doctor. he did apologize for the inconvenience. . Doctor continued the exam and explained results of the prior tests. Doctor Ellison is highly educated, very professional, caring and highly recommend him for your eye care.

I’ve always been impressed with Dr. Chapman and the staff at the Eye Center. My only complaint is that I had to sit for an hour before even being called back for the first round of testing. The wait has pretty much always been fairly long ever since I started going to this office 10 or more years ago.

Dr Berry took plenty of time with me. He patiently answered all of my questions and gave me several options to consider. I have moved an hour and a half away and still make the drive to see him.

Dr Yancey and her staff were very professional and friendly. I left LaGrange to have her perform my cataract surgery. I was able to schedule an appointment and the surgery in a short period of time. Would recommend her as an experienced and professional doctor.

Dr. Berry and his staff are professional and also relate on a personal level. All procedures are explained and any treatment is aimed at the patient 's total health. I feel well "taken care of" with this practice.

Dr. Tammy is a great doctor. She takes good care of me and my whole family. Her staff speaks multiple languages so it's easy for anyone to come for an appt.
