Had an appointment for my daughter but reached exactly 8 mins late, totally my fault for being late. But wasn’t accommodated and was told to reschedule. So I just cancelled. Had visited Dr. Wendy Ho for my own eye exam before and was good experience. Will look for other provider.

He diagnosed me with somatic disorder so no other doctors would help me. I has a surgery last year and I’m now on hospice and weigh 79 pounds with no help. The surgery damaged my nerves.

Dr was knowledgeable and made sure that you are comfortable and informed every step of the way. The medical assistants or neglegent so make sure you discuss insurance coverage and payments requirements prior to seeing the dr because they will charge at the end even after giving you the impression that you were covered under insurance

I live in Michigan and visited to have annual eye check up and have new glasses. As I brought USPS box they kindly shipped them for me. Very kind staffs and doctor was very concerned about my eye condition. I wish I have them in MI, but whenever I visit NY for my work, I definitely go and check up my eyes and have glasses.

Outstanding experience at VSP. Vanessa is amazing and guided both my husband and I in picking our frames. She is super professional and friendly. The facility is clean and has great options. The optometrist was also very efficient. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sperry is always cheerful, pleasant, thorough and attentive. He has been my eye doctor for 15 years plus. I trust his knowledge in treating whatever my eye care needs are.

It was interesting to see results from the tests and photo results during my appt and to speak with Dr Laird about symptoms and possible reactions to treatment and to relate my symptoms with the possibility of improvement. I'm excited and have high hopes of being accepted for the program. I don't have any photos.

The office is modern and very welcoming. All staff were kind and professional. Dr. Chen was the most attentive eye physician I have ever had. She explained everything with care and efficiency, was very kind and answered all my questions. Would HIGHLY recommend. Saima was also FANTASTIC at helping me find the perfect pair of glasses with the patience of a saint. She made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to take my time. She had great recommendations too. I am very impressed with Parkside.
