Dr. Gold is a highly skilled physician. His office staff conducted some preliminary screening. Dr. Gold then performed a thorough examination. At its conclusion he explained the findings in understandable terms. He patiently answered all questions.

I had a great consultation at Ballard location. I had the best experience with the consultation. Before going there I went to queen anne vision clinic, it was very bad experience, to double check I went to this location for 2nd opinion. reception and doctor every one here are awesome. Doctor did all the tests and explained me everything and i had really positive experience. i would go again and recommend this location.

They really take extremely good care of their clients. Every single session is tailored to my needs and adjusted in accordance to my progress. They are so thorough, compassionate and professional that I couldn’t possibly imagine going anywhere else. As an adult working on correcting strabismus I have seen huge progress in my first 12 sessions. I can see my children’s face expressions from a distance for the first time ever. I can go out in public and feel more confident about my eye alignment and my vision is dramatically improved. I can’t thank or praise the wonderful people who work at this office enough. As a side night it’s also very sweet that every time I walk into the office I’m greeted by happy smiling and friendly staff, from the receptionist to my vision therapist. An all round wonderful and truly beneficial experience. I’m not starting my second set off sessions.

We switched my mother to Dr. Carter after having an unpleasant experience with another doctor. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Carter. He and his staff are kind, caring and very patient with my elderly mother. Every visit has been top notch. Highly recommend!

This is my third pair of glasses from Gateway Village and I couldn't be happier! Fast, friendly and professional...what more can you ask for? Eye exam on Monday and Dr. Ableson was able to adjust my Rx and improve my vision by at least one line. Eyeglasses were ordered and were available for pick up on Tuesday. Again, what more can you ask for? Do yourself a favor...get great service at a great price and support a local business in the bargain. Don't just blindly choose an optometrist...give them a try and see what you've been missing!

This was my first visit with the new group. Everyone was friendly and inviting. The MD was thorough and looked at my old charts for comparison of my eye health in the last year. The one area of improvement was check out. I waited a while and it seemed I was forgotten. But they acknowledged and apologized. Good awareness on customer service. I’ll be back next year. 👍🏾👍🏾

First time in this office. Awesome staff. Very polite welcoming. Took the time to answer my questions and was not sour staff nor rude. I felt comfortable to ask questions and felt I was being treated with respect. We have had bad experience in other facilities in other dr offices. This place was awesome. Thank you again. Dr was very nice and welcoming. She was very professional. Took time to answer my questions and did not rush through the exam. I felt she did a great job with my daughter and attending my daughters needs as what we were there for. Patient and thorough.
