They always overbook. So If your appointment is 1pm you won't be seen until 2:30. I have left a few times because I had to wait 4 hours.

I wouldn't refer this place to anyone the women at the front desk especially the women sitting on the left of front desk does everything in her power to not see anyone if you ask me they lazy and just wanna sir there looking pretty....I've been sent home more then once.....they get mad when your right....everyone there has a power trip instead of helping me ....I found myself stressed out and never in life going back there

I’m a Sam’s club member for well over a decade. I had my eye exam done in my local Sam’s club in Sanford. But I forgot to get a measurement done for special glasses. The bald head gentleman with glasses said to me in a demanding way that “I HAD TO BUY glasses” there if I wanted to get that measurement done. I advised I wouldn’t mind paying for it to be done but that Sam’s did not have the glasses that I wanted. Extremely disrespectful and I will likely be canceling my membership because of the lack of professionalism from this gentleman.

I've been coming here for about ten years. My experience has been great. Everyone in the store is really polite and helpful. Recently, throughout the summer new owners took over and they are just the best. They are all very generous and cordial. The eye doctor is amazing and such a friendly person. This is the location to go if you want to have your eyes examined and purchase some glasses or contacts.

She has been my go to for so long! Since 2016 I think. She is soooo caring makes you feel so welcome. I’m so glad I picked her and will always be back with her

My daughter received excellent care at LAFE! Everyone was kind, patient and professional! Dr. Amy was wonderful and explained everything as the exam progressed! Ms. Betty was super with helping Kelly pick out her frames! Everyone was awesome! We have found our permanent eye Doctors! Patricia and family

The staff is super friendly and professional. Excellent communication. The optometrist is so nice, and she really took her time with me answering my questions and making absolutely sure everything was helpful and accurate.

Dr. Tran is very thorough and explained everything well. She doesn't rush you, though they are pretty busy. I highly recommend her and her practice. Rest of the staff are just as pleasant and helpful.

First time patient and the experience was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Exam by Dr. Crawford was very thorough. Would certainly recommend to anyone in need of an eye exam, new glasses, etc.

I have been going to Dr Hutter for almost 7 years and absolutely love this office. Dr Hutter is a caring genuine optometrist and his staff is incredibly nice. So glad they are in Cypress.
