Excellent service! My experience picking out glasses was amazing! From the front desk, to the doctor, to picking out my glasses – everybody was so nice and accommodating. Especially my optician Sheryl took great care of me and went above and beyond to make sure that I will find THE perfect pair for me. I highly recommend Visual Eyes! Will definitely be back here for all my vision needs!

Their site said there was a 1230 appointment available. I traveled 30 min to come to the appointment and find out the doctor isn't in until 2pm. This is very bad practice management. I will not reschedule w this practice.

Coastal Eye is efficiently run! My visit took two hours, but it didn’t seem that long. They did tests in steps, with very short wait time between each one. Before I knew it, I was done! Staff were all very pleasant! They seemed to enjoy what they did!

Dr. Cohen is absolutely fantastic. I was referred to him several years ago for a specific specialized treatment, and I've stayed with him for routine care ever since. He is extremely thorough, he explains everything completely and understandably (no medicalese) and he is genuinely concerned and careful. The staff is wonderful and the office is stress-free and calm (unlike most medical practices these days). Highly, highly recommended.

I recently visited Warby Parker after experiencing some issues with my glasses. Not only did they promptly fix the problem, but the staff also went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. Had a pair of glasses made a year ago slept with them on and the lenses popped out and they needed to be restrung as well. I came an hour before they were closed and they were extremely busy. They asked if i could come back tomorrow but i told them i couldn’t because i had school in the am and I couldn’t drive there without them. Rochelle was nice enough to take care of my gasses in that hectic environment with a smile on her face. I appreciate the good service.

It took longer than the visit a year earlier but still walked out with a couple pairs of glasses ordered.. the staff are all very kind and courteous. The Dr was very efficient, kind and courteous
