I was very much please with the service that I received the worker that had work with me. Did everything possible to get me within the price that I could afford to pay using my insurance and checking into other things where I could get credit? She was very polite, very professional And very compassionate I fell and broke my glasses so they had to be replaced cut my face and she was concerned about how it looked. I would definitely go there again. I would hope that I would get her to wait on me every time her name is MARVA. Would recommend her to anybody.

This doctor is amazing! She takes her time with you answering any questions or concerns you may have and she even helps me pick out my eyeglasses LOL she has great taste! I highly recommend her!

It's always a pleasure. Dr.Deschenes is always willing to talk about how her interesting tools work, and she always has the cutting edge stuff, it seems. The rest of the staff is helpful and kind, especially the woman (I believe her name is Mary) who helps you pick frames.

Dr. Deschenes is very knowledgeable and one of the best in her field. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my family's eyes. The staff are very helpful and kind. They have all the neat and new styles of glasses for all the ages we are shopping for.

I have been getting my eye exams and glasses from them for years. I recommend them highly. I have a difficult set of problems with my eyesight, and they the only practice that provided the right prescription and glasses.

Coming to Dr. Deschenes office was such a pleasant experience. I am often nervous when it comes to doctor appointments, but I found myself at ease during visit. My problems were solved easily by Dr. Deschenes, and she addressed me so kindly and with the upmost respect. The staff is very welcoming from the time I enter and leave the office. I highly recommend this office to all my friends and family!

I would give this Doctor and staff higher than a 5 if I could. I went to them with a couple of issues and some trouble; my problems were diagnosed with accuracy, explained with precision and I walked out with some ideas, real life solutions and a plan.They were very busy today, but took time to help explain things to me and I never felt rushed, even putting up with me changing my mind on the frames a couple of times. I very much appreciated them today and I highly recommend Deschenes Eye Associates.

Dr. Nguyen seems to genuinely care for both me as a patient and my eyes. Despite having to wear masks, I can tell that she always greets me with a huge smile! She was able to identify my eye problems before I even mentioned them and was able to treat them accordingly. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen

I was a patient of Dr. Dimino for years and decided to stay on when he sold his practice to Dr. Nguyen. I never had any problems during my annual visits with Dr. Diminio. For my first visit with Dr. Nguyen she told me I had very bad dry eye and a bad scratched cornea. My eyes felt fine but I wasn’t going to second guess a doctor. She had me buy expensive eye drops and creams, kept me out of contacts for a month, and I was going to her office every two weeks. Eventually I began to worry that something was wrong and I went to Kremer Eye Center to get a second opinion. They told me that my eyes were fine, and that Dr. Nguyen could have given me much cheaper products to treat dry eye. I also reviewed my medical insurance claims and saw she tried twice to get $2,000 from my insurance for a “membrane graft” on my eye. They denied her twice, I do not know why. She also claimed to put me under anesthesia for one of my visits, which did not happen. Based on what my insurance carrier told me and the doctors at Kremer Eye Center, I felt that Dr. Nyguyen did not have my best interests in mind and was using me and my insurance company for money. I found a new eye doctor as I no longer trusted her with my care. I was not going to leave a review, but after seeing many negative reviews I decided it was important to share my experience in case others are put in the same situation.

My daughter, Alexis and I love Dr. Nguyen. We are treated like family and always leave with a smile. We have been given the best care with every visit. Her staff are very polite and go beyond to make the visit comfortable. The team Dr. Nguyen has as well as herself are incredible!! I would recommend this office to everyone!! She has helped me in so many ways. Thank you Dr. Nguyen for my eye !sight!!
