I have been a patient for over ten years and the Primary Eye Care team has been incredible! Dr. Suydam and his staff have gone out of their way to assure my vision needs were met despite having unique medical challenges. So appreciate your team! You have been a blessing.

Over the course of 9 years, primary eye care has always been a friendly atmosphere for me. They succeed in meeting my needs and ensuring a pleasant experience. No request is ever too much trouble for them.

The young lady Brittany, whom work there has by far the best customer service I've ever came across, she has the sweetest personality! I must say she definitely has to be noticed!

The staff at Pottstown Walmart Vision Center are just phenomenal. I was really apprehensive about picking out new frames. The whole staff helped me! I mean the doc, the store manager and 2 other staff members. They even looked for discounts for me. You couldn't ask for a nicer and professional group of people.

Yuk!! Took my daughter there. The "eye Dr" was awful! I was so doubtful about the quality of the exam that I made another appt with a real eye care professional when we got home.

Pleasurable, comfortable & efficient. Never felt rushed throughout the exam, picking out the right frames, or lens types. The Doctor took the time to check the lens alignment twice to ensure they balanced for my eyes. All questions and concerns were answered.

For many years I have had excellent care and service at Sunnybrook Optical. Today my husband became a client and in these trying times he found the same professional atmosphere and care that I have experienced. They conveniently are in our community, have a nice selection of frames and vision services at reasonable rates.

I am very careful in choosing doctors and in the past, I had several good eye doctors, before finding Dr. Johnson. He is very careful with his examination. I injured my eyes when I was a child, and over the years, my previous doctors had difficulty determining the correct prescription for my eyeglasses. Dr. Johnson gave me the best eyeglasses back in 2003, and he is still prescribing the best glasses for me. In addition, he is a very nice and cheerful doctor!

I have worn eyeglasses for nearly 40 years and have a fairly complicated Rx. I have never had a better experience with an eye doctor. Sunnybrook is not in my insurance network but I am willing to pay out of pocket for the high level of care by doctor and staff.

Searched 7 different offices this week with the places that accepted our insurance they all had wait list or limimited staff covid excuse .... Dr Dianne ordered glasses and contacts took 10 mins with a smile and most helpful info 💜👍😎 will go no where else …
