I requested an appointment online and shortly got a call after to schedule. My insurance was checked in advance and any copays were explained to me. The day of the appointment, I was attended in a timely and courteous manner. Dr. Joo was very thorough in my checkup and exam and explained everything to me thoroughly, making sure I didn't have any more questions. Would recommend, very good price-value.

While the doctors provide excellent service and most of my experience was good, the hours of operation must be either revised or practice. The staff on Tuesday were not only late for 25 minutes, but instead of providing an apology proceeded to argue about their hours of operations with me. As stated in their own front door and on their website, the employee undermined and careless about their own schedule. This is a problem easy to solve. Change your hours of operation schedule, or get staff that actually follows it.

I was giving a eye prescription that was very expensive to purchase and I believe he's in cahoots with the store that pays him! The kicker is that the prescription is totally WRONG for my eyes!

Dr Christina Douglas took really good care of my eye. I had been dealing with a chalazion that I tried to treat myself for a couple of months and finally decided to seek professional help. From the moment I got off the elevator I was greeted by an incredible staff that demonstrated hospitality and compassion. Dr. Christina was diligent and focused on resolving my eye issue from start to finish. Even after working passed her shift to finish up my eye procedure. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs to put their eyes in someone they can trust.

The doctor explained the procedure very clearly. Not a big fan of needles, but injection to numb eye lid wasn’t too bad. Procedure went well so have no complaints whatsoever. He said there might be bruising but there wasn’t any. Less than 24 hours later my eye feels fine 😊

We are a family of seven 5 of us have issues with our eyes We been under their care and very pleased. They have the best service ever. They are very sweet kind and not to say helpful to the best of the acknowledgment. We have been with them for for about 5 years. And won't change their service even if I move.

I really need to come and visit.This review is almost 9 years late. I love this doctor so much. He is so personable. I had my son no one would listen to me about something not being right and he came and checked and sure enough I was right and he did my son's surgery right away. And kept seeing us until it was time for us to see someone else in our area. We are so grateful for him and his staff. My son is nine now at doing great!!! 💜🙏

Dr was fantastic, I could tell she loved her job. Very relaxing and relatable! Young man was great, friendly, z as bd efficient. Tina was wonderful in explaining the difference with the progressive. I felt like I was home. Caring and lovely staff!

Dr. Collins is respectful when conducting business. She has a genuine kind spirit. She is a good listener and does not rush in her services being provided. She is personable and will joke with you. I highly recommend her as your next Ophthalmologist.
