I am a new customer here. The business is easy to locate and parking is plentiful on the street. I was examined and had $400 credit with my insurance so I got these “be the first on my block” sunglasses. Now I feel like a rich girl. Super friendly and courteous staff

First time at this location and will definitely come back !! The manager Ashley was super sweet and helpful, she took her time to explain everything to me and walked me through everything and made sure I was very comfortable with my choices ! The girls were great. They talk to you like a normal person. The doctor was super honest when I asked my questions and I love that. The girls that worked with the frames were amazing and sympathetic. Loved this place.

I have been going to dr. Friske since I was a child. Everyone is so nice & proficient. I always feel comfortable there!

When I called to set up an appointment, the lady was not helpful and rude. Evidently, they have a backwards system. They can’t or won’t give me an appointment unless I tell them the name of the eye doctor I’d like to see. I told her I’m a new patient, any doctor would be fine, to which she replied: ”We have 25 doctors here. I can’t help you unless you give me the name of the doctor!” I will take my business somewhere else.

As I entered the office, I have received a warm welcome to the office. . The nurse that performed the different eye test was very professional and kind she explained the process before it was done. I really appreciate Dr.Jason Crawfords' expertise and knowledge. I will definitely recommend Northcross Eye Associates.

Dr.Olinger institute is the premier eye care center where patients go for comfortable exams or any definitive diagnosis !! Besides he is an exceptional eye doctor knowledgeable caring and professional ,he quickly identifies the problem with the best approach too !
